Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent service, beautiful location, and outstanding amenities, including the pool, gym, and restaurants. Many highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. However, several guests note that the hotel is expensive and question whether the value matches the high price, with extra charges for parking, food, and some activities. Some mention minor issues with room soundproofing, maintenance, or specific service lapses, but overall, the positive experiences outweigh the negatives for most visitors.
