Pros (+) The hotel was great for Kalaw. It was very close to Ever Smile trekking and the market along with other attractions. It was easy to find and easy to get around the town. There was fairly good wifi. And though the shower was open to the whole bathroom, there was lots of hot water and good pressure. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was amazing.
Cons (-) There was chanting over a loud speaker into the night and in the early morning. If you are a light sleeper, this would be very difficult to deal with. Not sure if it happens every night. I am guessing all the hotels in this area would have this problem.
