8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful grounds, great spa, friendly staff and the restaurant was excellent
Cons: Mattress had collapsed so bed wasn't that comfortable and the radiators were on high so the room was far too hot overnight.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent restaurant. Have used other facilities here in the past but not this trip. Mostly a golf/tennis country club, so busy every day with members
Cons: It was busy with meetings when we were there and we booked late, so we were in one of the older accommodation units that are getting a bit tired. The newer units are nicer, the old ones need refreshing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely quiet bungalow style rooms
Cons: Patio door did not open and no optional small window to open
7.0 Good
Pros: Overall, Foxhills is a lovely venue. The food in the Orangery was excellent. The service at Reception and in Bar XIX was brilliant.
Cons: The room is tired. We stayed in the same one 10 years ago and it needs an update. The carpet was shabby and just generally a tired room. The room size is amazing, it just needs some TLC. You also need to employ more bar staff, the drink service was really slow. The bar staff were all lovely but there just aren't enough of them - we even had to open our own champagne at the table.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: we had a really good stay and enjoyed the hot tub and swimming , also the room was lovely and staff very friendly breakfast was great to ! thank you

Cons: Not much I can say about what I didn’t like
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I always use the Bridge, its always a relaxing stay
8.0 Excellent
Pros: the room was very big, the Frigo bridge was missing, however, everything else was spotless and the staff was very accomodating and kind. The food was very good too.
Cons: Frigo bar missing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: hotel carpark was very handy. Room was clean, good size and comfortable. The pub is really nice with a fire going, we didn't have time to eat or drink there but if we go again that's what we would try.
Cons: Hotel reception staff felt a bit off if I'm being honest, felt like their main priority was to get us to go spend money in the pub, it's up to us if we want to go to the pub or not thank you! as nice as the pub actually is, I hate feeling like I'm being pushed into something, it prevented me from relaxing and actually enjoying my stay there.

Pros: Great Location. Great parking. Very clean room with great facilities.
Cons: It was all great.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic value for money. Clear instructions given for arrival and I had a great stay.
Cons: Basic but perfectly adequate facilities, as expected for price so still good value for money
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean room Good facilities Good location
Cons: Room was very clean Had great facilities inside Only down side was that the shower in room 4 was really weak
6.0 Good
Pros: Room was cosy. Could have been cleaner. Skirting boards were dusty. Back of door was dirty.
Cons: I felt the bedroom needing a deep clean. The corners of the shower needed a good clean, especially in the hard to reach corner to the left of the shower door. The grouting around the tiles needed a good scrub. The plug hole in the sink needs attention as water was very slow going out. The key in the entrance door was hard to turn at times so needs attention ( maybe WD40!)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners
Cons: Nothing
6.0 Good
Pros: Great Price and Location if you need to be in Chertsey centre
Cons: No contact from owners beforehand even though they said they sent an email, so had a small delay getting access. Bed and room were clean but not impressed with shower and WC room, very tired and noisy.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good value for money.
Cons: With only 1 key to lock the bedroom door I would have liked something additional. I didn't meet any staff.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed for a friends party. Great place. Room was perfect for an over night stay. Staff were friendly. Food in restaurant was exceptional. And that’s the best breakfast I’ve had by far this year and I’ve stayed away for worked a few times.
6.0 Good
Pros: Clean place
Cons: On the ground floor facing the outdoor pub area so noisy until midnight- not given a choice or this was explained to us at check in
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good size room. Lovely bed and nice cozy quilt.. nice shower. Secure parking.
Cons: A good clean behind the units in the rooms. Been left for who knows how long. My phone fell behind one and I had to move the unit to retrieve. Very expense drinks and food, had to venture elsewhere
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Good bed, food generally good, breakfast very good, bar was pleasant. Parking area very good.
Cons: Bathroom old and dated meaning hard to clean! Tables and chairs in restaurant and bar in poor state and generally uncomfortable in restaurant due to usage Pointed out food on a window (children i assume) next to our table, so we moved ourselves, wasn’t cleaned subsequently. In their defence, a large revamp is due according to staff which may account for a lot of current condition. Maybe customers should be made aware and pricing adjusted too.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was really comfortable, the staff friendly and the food excellent
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and spacious. Lovely comfy bed and a bath which I love Tv works too
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Im not going to go on about how good it is or everyone will stay there and I might struggle to get a room. Just a note to say thank you, you've become my new favourite hotel
Cons: Nothing, it was like a very comfortable home

Cons: N/A
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Plenty of food at breakfast. Central for shops, bank etc. Good pubs.
Cons: Everything was fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was spotless - warm and comfortable. I would highly recommend it to anybody at the price. I had walked by it hundreds of times since it was built while working in London. It will be my accommodation for all future visits. Many thanks.
Cons: Nothing
4.2 Okay
Pros: The triple room arrangement with the bunk bed was really nice
Cons: My bed came without sheets and the bedding itself was quite dirty. The shower was also too small to move in and the door was see through - we had to go to other rooms to shower
7.0 Good
Pros: Compact, smartly designed rooms . Good air conditioning.
Cons: The heat outside meant that the air con dripped water into the room all through the night and I couldn't get myself to fall asleep . It settled on nights 2 and 3 however.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: good value, good clean rooms
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Rooms are extremely dated. It is well overdue a refurbishment. It doesnt feel or look clean.
7.0 Good
Pros: Others UI
Cons: Door lock in bathroom in room 135 missing. No toilet soap provided during the last three days
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing went well this is ridiculous and will never use again.
Cons: Made an accident booking on the 21/02/2020, and I was unable to get a refund or change the date.
1.0 Poor
Pros: No comment.
Cons: Staff weren't at the front desk in the evening. They tended to be in the office at the back. Beggars came in off the street into the dining area before eventually being shouted out by staff to leave. The lifts have a swipe card but it wasn't activated. Any one could walk off the street with intent access the floors. The room I was in was situated at the end of the building and a draft came through the room. The heating vent just about kept the temperature warm enough. The shower had two temperatures, cold and scalding. Any attempt to regulate became a challenge and I had to switch from end to the other and jump in during the transition. The Ibis Budget charges a similar rate to other hotels in the area but does NOT nmatch the standard offered.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Location, convenient for overnight stay between the flights
Cons: Reception agent took too long to check in, TV remote control didn’t operate, had to turn off TV, internet didn’t work in the morning, there was no connection. This is unacceptable for the price that I paid.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location adjacent to Heathrow Terminal 5 is excellent.
Cons: Room we were allocated was at the end of a corridor where there was no lighting. We could not see the room number as it was too dark. On check in we were informed that breakfast was all room service due to the health restrictions and could be served at any time. At check in I filled in a form requesting breakfast at 05:00 to 05:15 and this was accepted. Next morning: no breakfast. Room service informed me that breakfast was not available before 06:00 as the chef started work at 05:30!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: So good close to the terminal and so quite , just what we needed.
Cons: Nothing
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location
Cons: Despite several emails to hotel to know if they were indeed still open or if we could have early check-in-NO RESPONSE.due to covid19 breakfast was via rm service we filled out required forms and gave to reception at 3pm,the food never arrived and we had to get on our flight starving. The shower was only tepid and made a buzzing noise when tried to put it on full power.A woeful experience for a supposed 5star.disgusted.
5.0 Okay
Pros: location was perfect...most staff were polite and professional...
Cons: expected room not to have any offending oder....cleanliness was subpar....room was below ground which made the experience even less pleasant...just and average stay....certainly below 5 star.....

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were spotless, the beds amazingly comfortable and the breakfast couldn't have been better. The short walk to Heathrow was definitely a big plus.
Cons: We had such a short stay so didn't find anything to dislike and probably wouldn't have.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: For an airport hotel it certainly exceeded expectations, good staff, 2 mins walk through connected walkway for T5 and very good all round. My room was upgraded at check in as was my elderly grandmothers room which was a great touch Good bar to catch a drink and watch the sports
Cons: possible better / alternate food options bar the main onsite restaurant for dinner but you have many in the terminal building for variety
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Gym and Spa was excellent. Obviously easy for plane flights just a gentle stroll, but it worked well for an event in central London also. Caught the last Heathrow Express train at 11.25 in my room by 11.55.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We stay here, because it is convenient and easy to get to all terminals. It is always clean, bed is comfortable and obviously close to the terminals.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient for the airport, comfortable rooms.
Cons: There is only one elevator from the airport link down to the hotel. This was not working and all bags and skis had to be carried using the escalator.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location to T5, and travelled the day before my early flight so woke up rested before a long haul trip.
Cons: Thought the prices for food were high, so wandered over to T5 for a meal.

10.0 Excellent
Cons: The hotel was crazy huge but not in a good way. Like, I felt like I was in a Hotel California or something. Maybe a few maps in the many hallways, corridors amd wings of the hotel would have been helpful
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We always enjoying staying at this hotel but the refurbished rooms are amazing, the beds are lovely. Hassan took care of everything, a credit to the hotel.
Cons: Nothing.
7.0 Good
Pros: It was easy to check in, find the room, and everything that we needed was availalbe in the room. Restaurant food and staff were excellent.
Cons: trying to figure out how the shuttle to the airport worked wasn't easy, we called down to the front desk atleast 5 times trying to sort it all out. But in the end it worked okay. They said that the shuttle driver would have change(cost 5 pounds) he didnt
7.0 Good
Pros: Proximity to airport
Cons: Says airport shuttle, but doesn't have one.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean, comfortable but was not supplied hand towels for sink or cloth for body. The towel supply was disappointing. The blankets and bed were very comfortable
Cons: Lodging price was very reasonable but the bar prices seemed high and the 12% added gratitude charge was annoying since the rest of the country 10% was acceptable Was surprised that the Hoppa took so long snd that a taxi was £18 to the airport
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, clean and modern facility, perfect for what it is. If you have a trip in or out of LHR this is a great place to spend the night. I'm happy with the Leonardo brand and have found them to be consistently good in the multiple properties I've stayed at.

Pros: Excellent customer service. All staff (reception, cleaners,..) were very professional, kind and helpful. They accommodated all my requests in a courteous and timed manner. Extremely clean and functional, very comfortable bed. Very Good value for money. The lights in the bathroom were quite dim, which at the beginning I thought was not good but then I actually got to appreciate their relaxing effect.

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The restaurant was reasonably priced and the wait staff were friendly.
Cons: The location is horrible. There is nothing within close walking distance aside from a bowling alley. The hotel lobby is nice but the remainder is run down. The AC in the room moaned and groaned all night and the beds were not comfortable.

Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean, nice, and the service was spectacular. A great way to end our trip to London.
Cons: If it was a bit closer to the city, we would have stayed the entire time. BUT getting us closer to Heathrow was why we stayed there, so I guess it served an even greater purpose.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful lobby, super nice staff, Awesome bar and both an Indian and steak and lobster restaurant at the hotel. Tons of outlets, including USB outlets for ease. Seems brand spanking new.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Early check-in, friendly staff
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The style and decor of the hotel is lovely. The staff is friendly and helpful and the restaurant has wonderful menu, delicious food. If I stay in London again, I likely to stay at the Blu Edwardian.
Cons: Our stay was just for the night, and there was a great deal of jet lag involved. The hotel has less available restaurants at latter hours unlike other airport hotels in other major cities.
6.0 Good
Cons: Noise in lobby from event in hotel was too loud. Made hearing staff at check in difficult.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Having used the Edwardian many times over the years, although admittedly some years ago, I was very disappointed to see the downward trend that was evident in the hotel since then. The whole place presented as a shabby shadow of its former self. Corridor carpets especially did not look to have been cleaned for years and, despite being on a non smoking floor, there was a very strong smell of tobacco smoke evident in the room.

Cons: Cheap airport hotel, rooms are small and need redecoration, damage to tiles and bathroom fittings.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was a great stay. Was only there for a night, staying before flying out at Heathrow the next day. Having a bus take you directly to the hotel from the airport was wonderful. The rooms were clean and personally I believe plenty of space. Breakfast tasted great! Staff was very polite and very helpful. No faults found here!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Wasn’t expecting much due to the cheap price and booked as it was ideal for a quick nap and freshen up for my flight the following morning from LHR having had a long journey from up North....However this hotel exceeded everything. Smart, clean, comfortable, friendly and efficent staff. Hotel transfer very regular and in time. Had I have walked in off the street I would of expected to pay much more for the room. Highly recommend and will definitely use again on my next holiday. Thank you
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed while waiting for a flight home from Heathrow while Coronavirus was causing havoc. We always like Mercure hotels and this one was no exception. The staff are what made our stay memorable. I am sure that with borders closing and less people travelling their jobs and income were in jeopardy yet they were always pleasant and helpful.

Pros: Very friendly staff, warm welcome. Bed was comfy, hotel was quiet. Perfect for an overnight stay before heading to T5
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The hotel staff tried to harass my family, one adult traveling with two teenage daughters and two children. They told the booking cannot be used for the party. Even though property booking rules allowed for two adults and two children with each adult.
6.0 Good
Pros: Shuttle to Airport was nice, would have been nice to know that it was available FROM the airport, instead of paying high cab fees. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Staff was uninformative when asking about food available on room service. Website/in room menu provides incorrect information for room service.

Pros: Close to rental car drop off Option for late checkout at 10 £ per hour past 2PM
Cons: The restaurant is OK but more options would be nice
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds are great as well as room temperature. This means you sleep better. Great coffee machine in room.
Cons: Staff seemed unfriendlier this time but I am supposing that it is because of the Corona-virus. Rooms are small. All facilities closed because of virus. They should have mentioned this when booking. I stayed here 2 weeks ago and came back here not only because of the comfortable beds, but also for the use of the gym. Very disappointing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Honest, great service, will definitely stay again

Pros: Convenient to Heathrow. Hand a 14 hour overnight stay on way back to Canada from Greece. Very comfortable beds. Rooms looked recently renovated. Usual amenities for mid range hotel
Cons: Breakfast buffet only and fairly expensive for the three optional breakfasts. Elevators very busy at checkout (10:00 am). On first floor and first 3 elevators full. Walked down to lobby twice with bags before my wife found an elevator with room for her to come down with last bag
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was a very nice hotel with great rooms. The food we got was also good. Great location too. By far the best mattress/pillows I have had in a hotel. Parking is extra (£12) but reasonable and secure.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, cleanliness, and the comfortable beds.
Cons: The shower door doesn't extend the full length of the tub. Also the lights turned off an hour before checkout making it difficult to finish our packing. The view was of a carpark, but then it's the airport so not really a surprise.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are very good and friendly
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Location
Cons: Check in was very slow. Dinner took over 45 minutes to get served. The hair dryer in our room did not work.

Cons: Noise of planes over our head till late, very thin walls so we could hear other hosts talking, shouting, crying, walking, etc. all night.
4.0 Okay
Pros: It's not a walking distance from the airport, you have to take a shuttle that doesn't run after midnight. You can't go to central London from the hotel, you have to go back to the Airport to take the underground subway and you must verify the hours of the last shuttle & subway
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing. It's a run down dump.
Cons: This is a rundown dump, with as many rooms squeezed in as possible. I never booked this for myself and the people in our foreign office who did, would not have had they seen it, or been in it. Never again and I have stayed in some awful places during 30 years of international travel. This place has been put on our blacklist, never to be used!
5.7 Okay
Pros: Shulltle service, despite due to late check in had to leave at 6 am, instead of 6:45 am. Either way better than leaving London at 5:00 am on Express or subway, or paying high cost for other hotels near Heathrow. Staff helpful and friendly.
Cons: Paying 4 pounds for poor WiFi connection. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Extremely small bathroom, but better than shared.
7.0 Good
Pros: Due to COVID-19 it was the most they could offer and I appreciated having a place to stay on my 23 hor layover.
Cons: GETTING THERE! From the airport noone had any info on how to get there or where it was. I was in terminal 3 and I was finally told to take an Uber as it would be cheaper. The Uber driver kept getting lost when I gave him the post code UB7 0EF. It took over 35 minutes and $35 to go what I later found out was a one free bus stop away by route 423 from T5. It was a very stressful ride as the driver kept cursing about losing business over it. If the website said take the bus 423 from T5, it would have made everyone much happier and my stay less stressful!
7.0 Good
Pros: My en suite bathroom was clean, light and modern. The location and free shuttle to terminal 5 worked perfectly for my early flight. I was worried by planes flying constantly right overhead when I arrived but they quit flying about midnight and it was qu
Cons: 4 pound charge for wifi seemed steep to me. The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke, but my room was not smokey at all.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Convenient to Heathrow terminal 5, via the free 423 local bus, which operates outside of the free hotel shuttle hours. Clean room. Airplane landing noise til midnight, after it is quiet
Cons: Shared bathroom, but it was clean.
7.0 Good
Pros: Perfect location and easy transport to Terminal 5, nice staff
Cons: Not very clean, however it is OK for one night
5.7 Okay
Pros: location and free shuttle. Also, staff was very nice
Cons: have to pay for wifi and a bathroom bathroom is very dated and dingy. beds are very uncomfortable
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing everything very old
Cons: The room the shower and the house
7.0 Good
Pros: The comfortable bed
Cons: Theres no Internet ☹️

10.0 Excellent
Pros: close to heathrow airport and public transportation. Very quiet. Very nice room.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect- just across the street from the airport. When we arrived a bit stressed as we were trying to quickly get home to Canada, the staff’s calm relaxed demeanor put us right at ease. They were friendly and efficient and got us checked in quickly and safely. During this pandemic and among construction we felt that they went above and beyond. The room was spotless and cozy. Even being right across from the airport it was very quiet. Thank you for everything!
Cons: Loved everything!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stephen, the concierge , was unbelievably calm and helpful under extremely stressful times. Due to the Corona virus, we needed a room with twin beds. He took time to help me and did not rush me to make my choice.
Cons: The closeness to the airport. The staff, the rooms.
7.0 Good
Pros: Comfy rooms and conveniently located near Heathrow Airport. The hotel manager is a lovely gentleman who resolved a very minor issue we had quickly and efficiently. Would definitely stay again if I needed somewhere near the airport.
Cons: The hotel is SPRAWLING; I have never stayed anywhere so large and getting around was difficult and time-consuming. I booked a taxi at the front desk to get us to the airport and I was advised it would be about £25 with the company the hotel uses. I cancelled the ride and immediately ordered an Uber. There's plenty in the area and it only cost £7.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was nice, room was of value as well. The staff was by far the best, very understanding and accommodating to my questions and needs!
Cons: Wish there were better amenities, room could have also been a little cleaner as there were rubbish around the room
7.0 Good
Pros: distance from the terminal
Cons: all was ok
6.0 Good
Pros: The service, room and location were good.
Cons: The evening menu was disappointing. it was very basic. We would have liked more choice.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, it’s so hard for them in these current times. It also felt very clean, wherever I went there were staff cleaning which was especially reassuring at the moment.
Cons: N/A
6.0 Good
Pros: Staff was excellent; restaurant good; location great
Cons: Very slow and difficult to maintain internet connection via Wi-Fi; slow drains; only one towel in bath although reserved room for two; expensive, though reliable, airport shuttle service
7.0 Good
Pros: Comfy bed and they brought me a heater when I asked.
Cons: I asked reception to book me a taxi for 10.15 so that I could have done breakfast using the voucher I’d already paid for and it arrived straight away, so I wasted £10!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I had a very long overnight flight and exhausted due to this I missed breakfast. I asked at the restaurant and the really kind gentleman was unable to get me a cooked breakfast but went out of his way to find me some cereal bars. It doesn't sound like much but I had just lost my job overseas due to covid 19 epidemic and was definitely jet lagged. His act of kindness really made my day. It is the small things that make the biggest difference. I didn't get his name but he look9 of Indian decent mid 20's to 30's. Very bubbly and insisted that he got something for me to eat. A great addition the the restaurant team.
6.0 Good
Pros: Hotel lobby is clean and pleasant, Hotel receptionists were friendly and professional.
Cons: damp smell in the room I stayed, shower is terrible and splashed all over.

Cons: No spare pillows and tea and coffee facilities in the room
7.1 Good
Pros: All normal
Cons: If they checked out the cleaning of the room especially the toilet before my check-in
4.2 Okay
Pros: Cool room decor
Cons: Huge noisy party going on all over lobby when I arrived. Couldn’t find check-in desk. Couldn’t hear what clerk was saying because noise was so loud. Couldn’t get WiFi in room but couldn’t call desk because no phone in room. Tried to go back to lobby for information, but noisy partiers marauding in hallways made me turn back and try to get a little sleep.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great vibe, very comfortable rooms and bed. It has everything we needed for an overnight stay
Cons: Not enough bar staff so it took ages to get served at the bar and they then ran out of clean wine glasses. Wine in a tumbler - different.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Good location and excellent value for the money. Staff appears to be better trained than on previous visits.
Cons: Since this is Marriott's deluxe youth hostel brand, younger travellers will probably favor it more than older ones. USB ports in the rooms are too pokey.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: New, close to airport, comfortable rooms and beds.
Cons: There is only one tiny bin in the bathroom. There is no kettle and fridge.

8.0 Excellent
