9.4 Excellent
Pros: I loved the great customer service and services the facility offered but loved the infinity pool on the balcony of my own room.
Cons: The beds are very hard usually when on holiday you want a soft matress well not this one was hard as a sack of rocks.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful and such helpful staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable, high hospitality, Friendly staff, early check-in, nice breakfast and variety. I moved to a Villa from a suite ( I did two bookings to experience both options) which I am on now. It gave me higher experience in such Hotel. Thanks. Every penny worth spending for the rooms!
Cons: Nothing to mention .. may be it is a bit long distance to walk to any shope yet the shuttle make it better .. and didnt like the dinner menu .. ordered salad and pizza and wasnt Wow at all.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: The fact of waiting for a car to pick up to go out and take us back to our room very unsatisfactory
7.0 Good
Pros: Clean and comfort.
Cons: I've paid for room decoration for honeymoon, room was not decorated upon checking in. They decorated the room on the 2nd day which no longer a surprise for my sister and her husband. I had to make international call to liaise with them as they reply emails late.
7.7 Good
Pros: The hotel overlooked the ocean and the different facilities all had a spectacular view. The staff was very accommodating and really helpful with helping you find your way. It was affordable and not overly priced for beach view. The rooms were enormous and had beautiful balconies overlooking the ocean and we saw elephants walking down the highway one morning. Very quiet resort area.
Cons: The hotel smelled really musty and all of our clothes smelled moldy within a day or two due to the humidity. There were mosquitos in our room even when we never opened the sliding door and some days, housekeeping didn’t come until late evening so you were stuck using old wet towels. My sister got lost several times trying to find the room due to the split level. Despite having a free shuttle, it was a few miles away from Patong and easily a 500-800 bhat ride just to go 2 miles so location was a big drawback. Luckily we had tours come to the hotel to transport us for the days we stayed in Phuket.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very spacious villa and clean. Enjoyed much the pool. Friendly staff and fast response to services. Shuttle was on time with good price. Seaview is one great factor to stay in this hotel.
Cons: The dinner menu wasnt perfect, e.g. seafood pizza was not tasty and pricy.. A bit noisy overnight due to trucks and cars movement .. no resturants outside nearby. Plan your meals well ..
8.8 Excellent
Cons: The bed was to say the least uncomfortable
9.1 Excellent
Pros: I loved the view the value for the room the cleanliness of the room great customer service awesome shuttle service and pool in room was great to have.
Cons: I felt the bed is a little to stiff yo firm for a hotel first night I had trouble sleeping and woke up with neck and back pain. I think the matress needed to be a bit softer especially when on holiday to let the body just relax.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing hotel, staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble, would definitely recommend
7.7 Good
Pros: Beach and swimming pool, and the great landscape of the hotel
Cons: Furniture is old. Rooms need renovations. Getting in and out the hotel is expensive. To go to the town it will cost around 800 bat to go and return to the hotel. The hotel shuttle is not maintained and it goes to the town only 4 or 5 times in the day.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The rooms and the amenities were amazing. The staff is extremly helpful and friendly. We are already planning to stay there again when we go back. Stayed in a beach front cottage. Next time we want to stay in the pool access rooms where you can step out of your room straight into the pool.
Cons: Power went out momentarily a few times one night and the beds are on thr stiff side. Other than that the place is great!
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice location, pool, staff and breakfast
Cons: Bathroom of the pool side room (2nd floor) doesn't have any ventilation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything tranquil welcoming just brilliant
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: gardens and sustainability ethic of the hotel
Cons: Poor check in . It took 45 minutes despite paying in advance they would not initially take my amex credit card.
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice: locations, pool, breakfast and staff. The Tropical Garden View Room is close to the beach.
Cons: Tropical Garden View Room has the bathroom and sink outside, so always had to step out just to wash the hands.
6.0 Good
Pros: The hotel was nice, was very big, and the private beach just in front was very quite and nice. The room was amazing, but unfortunately the doors could not be properly closed, so lizards were coming in.
Cons: The room previously messaged them saying it was my birthday, and they replied saying they would leave in the room a bday cake... I did not see anything. It is a small thing of course, but if you can't do anything, just don't say something as then we are expecting it. As the doors were not properly locked, lizards were coming in at night.
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: Worse experience ever the front desk lost our reservations refused to listen to me speak and shouted over me the whole time “your credit card declined cancelled your room reservations you call Expedia “. Expedia called and the hotel lied told them they found reservation then turned around and charged us more then double the price for the room not beach front as requested either. We had no choice because it was late and raining out plus we were with our 5 children. The location is on the beach but only easily accessible if in a beach front cottage. Tons of mosquitoes and the staff was rude. I think this place is scandalous so stay away.
Cons: They only care about making a buck off you stay away!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All good
Cons: All good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We went to Thailand for my birthday and we choose this hotel because it's very quiet and beautiful. The hotel grounds are well kept, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. One of the house keeping lady's that I forget her name she was very nice and even teach us some very basic Thai words. At the frond desk they all nice but are favored are Sinead i think that her name and Pond they are very professional, helpful, friendly, always going that extra mile. We love this hotel so much and his employees and of course Thailand that we probably going back in April or May of next year but this time we bringing friends because now they all want to go back whit us.
Cons: Mosquitos

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great for younger kids as it has lots to do and play for them
Cons: Some of the interior is not child friendly (eg all the class table tops in the living room. The bathroom is unfortunately very small, so only one person at a time.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful The pool was great and our kids loved the waterslide. The suites were fantastic for families to stay in
Cons: The beds were too hard The water slide was closed for 3 days The theme night dinners and nightly activities weren't advertised well enough and these dinners were very expensive for a family of 5
5.0 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Rooms are old furnished, AC have much noises, bathroom is so small, some of the lights could not turned off
6.0 Good
Pros: Staffs are friendly
Cons: Access road and hotel frontage, i give it 2stars. Staircase to Upper room unit is rather ardward for older person to climb
6.3 Good
Pros: Decent facilities for kids
Cons: Major piling and construction works outside the hotel, we had a ‘garden view’ suite and this was the view! The whole building was shaking, let alone the noise! Dated room interior too.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Pool, food, kind staff
Cons: Property great, pathway to beach accross busy road in desperate need of Upgrade!
7.0 Good
Pros: I liked the many activities for the kids. That was perfect for us! Also about Pansea beach- we actually tried going there but unfortunately we were not let in to the area and hence couldnt enjoy the beach..
Cons: I expected the hotel to be more clean and taken care of like the usually Swissotels are- top of the noch...It could be seen everywhere that it was worn out- color on walls not even... water damages everywhere. Our room balcony doors second lock didnt work either (which was very important for us for security of our children)... they even came and tried to fix it but still left it as it was...and of course the fact that our baby who is crawling found a sharp piece of tablewear on the floor.. i guess from previous guests... and i had to find it from his mouth and see that he had cut his mouth with it and had blood coming out.. thank goodness it wasnt worse and that i found it in time from his mouth.. i would have expected more back from the front desk with an appology or anything as it happened due to the clumsiness of the cleaners but there was none...
6.0 Good
Pros: Pool and pool services were pretty good daily pool activities were well arranged and organized
Cons: breakfast variety was good at the beginning but dropped daily and several dishes were no longer available on last days of my stay room cleaning could be much better and several time I was forced to call for getting my room cleaned; they change bed sheets only if expressly requested they have not private beach and not direct access to it; 10 minutes walk is required to reach nearest beach. Golf car service only brings customer to half of the way to beach
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfasts were delicious with many options. We did have to wait for a table t become available as it was very busy. Our 2 bedroom villa was very spacious and suited our 'working ' holiday perfectly.
Cons: The 4 flights of stairs was quite strenuous, especially when we had loads of luggage to carry.

With spacious rooms and suites, The Regency Club, unique restaurants and bars, Nahm Spa, 24-hour gym, kids' club and a large oceanfront pool, our Phuket resort is ideally suited to anyone, seeking the luxury of Thai hospitality.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the location, the beautiful gardan, the bigg pool and the beautiful view ower the sea. And we also liked the very friendly staff.
Cons: Next to the hotel, there's a construction site which was sometimes very loud. I think the hotel should have warned its future guest before booking. The food was not the best value for money.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Very pleasant and relaxing location
Cons: Shuttle service to town/Patong extended beyond 6.30pm
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The general condition of the hotel was very clean, beautiful pool & sun area. Our room was more than expected, plenty of room comfortable bed.
Cons: Theres not a thing we didn't;t like about our stay
5.8 Okay
Pros: It’s beautiful hotel with nice view and swimming pool.
Cons: The price in hotel was very high to compere another hotels. If you order some drinks or food you have to check the bill because we found allot mistakes. They was adding extras!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, rooms on the hill with sea view. How the restaurants and pool are placed. The buggy / electric caddy rides
Cons: Price, better access to beach
9.2 Excellent
Cons: Breakfast could be better and gym only has cardio machines
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location / Breakfast
Cons: Air Conditioner behind the wall has been worked very loud
4.2 Okay
Pros: The staff is friendly, but helpless and powerless to resolve any issues. They just said 'sorry sorry' all the time and solved no problems.
Cons: Booked an expensive private jacuzzi room and jacuzzi was broken. Took two days to change room and no compensation. Second room had issues with air con. Hotel is VERY old and not well-maintained. Construction to the left and right of the property as other competitors are building. Overall, this is not a five star hotel but at best three star - and for that charging $300-400/night in a cheap place like Thailand is bad. Go somewhere else - don't bother ...this is not 'Hyatt standard'. The fact that weather is nice, etc. are not points to give the hotel a high score.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: -super friendly staff -the resort has a far-reaching vegetation with so many beautiful flowers -the view from the room is serene (1316 ours) -breakfast: delicious! -the pool is huge -the room is simply wow! Very spacious, immense bed, so comfortable, bathroom is enormous
Cons: -from 8.00 to 17.00 noisy from the constructions opposite way, but you can hear that when you’re on the terrace. In the room is silence. So it’s not that bad, as we read in some reviews
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is cooperative and the hotel is near to kamala beach

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness, modern deco, spa and food selection and location. Kitchen and bar staff were very polite, smiley, professional and friendly. Approached me several times to ensure I’m okay or if I needed anything more. I went for the 3.5hrs spa and had a private room. It was amazing! The spa staff were very friendly and took great care of me. Beachfront location was amazing and just next to Cafe del mar. I had a really comfortable and satisfied stay. Highly recommend staying here.
Cons: - I placed a deposit of 3000 Baht cash at check in and 10 mins later ordered some food at the bar while waiting for my room. Another check-in reception staff seen that I was about to sign the cheque under my room and shouted across the bar saying ‘Mam! You can’t sign that! You didn’t put any deposit!’. After informing her I did place the deposit she was still doubtful and insisted I didn’t before proceeding to check. There were other people around and it was embarrassing! This was my first time here as a solo traveller. I didn’t expect this kind of treatment from Novotel’s front desk staff. Even if any guests had not placed a deposit, there is no need to shout across the room. I was very disappointed and even more upset with her lack of guilt. She was more concerned of her colleague making a mistake and angrily passing remarks to the latter at my presence. The experience has initially left me a bad image of Novotel Kamala however this was the only negative experience I had. The colleague who made the mistake was very apologetic and came around the desk to apologise to me personally. - The lift outside the private room Spa was very noisy and aggressive as it open and closes and created some vibrations. I can’t really relax.
7.0 Good
Pros: Direct access to the beach.
Cons: Needs an upgrade. Getting to look and feel a little tired. More holiday inn than Hilton.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location is brilliant, direct access to the beach. Nice sunset views. Walking distance to restaurants and bars but as at the end of the beach it’s quiet. Staff is very helpful. Room is clean and spacious. Comfortable bed, good shower, plenty of storage and nice balcony. Free bottled water supplied daily. Happy hour at the pool bar. Bartender is great! Great value for money overall.
Cons: The bathroom was a little dark en there’s no ventilation in the toilet. They provide shampoo and shower gel but no hair conditioner and bodylotion. What really annoyed me is the sun bed issue by the pool. There’s a sign saying towels cannot be left before 9am however this doesn’t seem to fix the problem of rude guests claiming a bed at 9am and then taking their time at breakfast. I’ve seen almost half the beds not being used until midday. I ended up just removing towels if the bed appeared unoccupied. I can imagine not everyone would be as confident to do so. Management should pay more attention and enforce their rule of removing towels if the bed is not used for 30/60 mins or whatever they’ve commented on previous posts. It says more about the guests than anything else but in my opinion this behaviour is unacceptable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Had a great stay!! I was the lucky one that w/end & got free upgraded to 1 of their villa. Nice surprise & was very thankful. Loved everything about the resort, food, location etc.
Cons: The pool. Dont really like the pool. A bit bigger would be nice to accommodate more guests as the resort is always busy & ...but thank god for the beautiful beach!!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location on the beach was excellent and the staff was excellent. The ocean front suite was super nice with a fantastic view
Cons: Would have liked more gourmet food although food was very good
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: Electric cut in the morning long hours staff will not inform about that. No amenity kit only shower gel and shampoo.no torch in the room.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Situated on the far end of the Kamala Beach, the hotel as a virtually exclusive part of the beach. It's a 10-15 minute walk to any beach amenities like fruit shakes, massages etc., but that also means that pretty much only hotel guests use it, so it's quite clean and quiet. The sea is clean. Far from the transparent turquoise of the islands, though, but there's zero trash on the beach or in the water. Breakfasts are great. Enough variety, and everything is delicious. Pretty much western selection of foods for breakfast. Different tropical fruit smoothies every day.
Cons: The slightly secluded spot is cool, but there's an obvious downside – you have to walk 15-25 minutes to Kamala town buy anything. You have to walk through the beach, too, so any nice footwear stays in your room and you get about in rubber slippers. It is technically possible to walk on the road, but highly inadvisable, especially in the dark. There are many rocks in the water near the shore, and they are unpleasantly sharp. The water is not clear enough to spot them well. There's a construction site right next to the hotel. Windows in the D building open straight to the site. The view is not pretty, and it's noisy at times. It will definitely go on for a while, as there're just digging right now.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The villa design is stunning with huge pool , great view stunning garden
Cons: The villa location was facing the restaurant , not much of privacy if someone setting their, during breakfast the restaurant was extremely crowded since it’s tiny, some employees especially in restaurant lacking training on how to deal and speak to the customers.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was on point, very rare to say in todays hospitality industry.
Cons: The lack of photos of the view towards the sea was a surprise, it looks like it is in the forrest but very close to mass tourism just behind Kamala Beach.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel. Staff were very friendly, especially our host Prae.
Cons: We weren’t that satisfied with food, didn’t have much flavour.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. the place is amazing, very luxurious. Highly recommended. Food was not expensive and the facilities are great. The room was heavenly.
Cons: the rooms are close to each other and not as private as expected. we stayed in the bird nest. the view was great. we could see the cheaper rooms were even less private.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It’s in a magical setting, absolutely breathtaking. Very clean and stylish and kept in immaculate condition. Offers privacy and quiet luxury. Ideal for a romantic getaway or a weekend with friends. You just don’t want to leave.
Cons: The staff is very smiley and polite. Hard to understand their english most of the time which makes communications slightly difficult. We ordered breakfast in our room both mornings of our stay there, and not once did we get our order right. We were also missing basic things (such as knives or napkins) during dinner time, which we repeatedly had to ask for. This is not a big deal at all but for that price you would expect them to keep on top of everything at all times. Minor disadvantage, would recommend a stay there and I’d gladly visit again

Pros: Great view for sunset. Location is great if going Kamala beach only. Counter staff are friendly and helpful.
Cons: The only con is the shower was not clean up during my stayed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent
Cons: No beach there
4.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was good in fact all the food was very good
Cons: Our room was an upgrade which cost a lot of money, it was our wedding anniversary and we wanted the balcony hot tub to watch the sunset - the hot tub was old and did not work until the engineer spent a good 2 hours on our balcony at a most inconvenient time - not worth paying for the upgrade - hotel gave us a free meal in the Plum restaurant which was very nice but did not make up for the disappointment and would not give me a discount on the room rate which I would have preferred The hotel is quite frankly cheap, other than nice food the service is second rate -

9.2 Excellent
Pros: On beach. Clean. Very nice staff. Reasonable prices for food and drinks.
Cons: Some areas of concentrated smokers. The evening menu and food were a bit hit and miss.
6.5 Good
Pros: Due to a twin hotel on the same campus, there's no children in this hotel. There's a great buffet b'fast, and many other guests seemed to have full board. Many people from Russia and Scandinavia. Two bottles of water provided free daily. Shuttle to Patong and Central Market for less than a taxi or a tuk tuk costs. Endless pools! Great restaurant locations on the beach. Swim up bar with connect four. Strong air con in the room, and free wifi in lobbies.
Cons: Rooms aren't immaculate, mould in the shower, light fittings inadevrtently showing. Towels smell less than fresh. Bathroom lighting a little dark. Some pillows lumpy (but happily provided more)
4.2 Okay
Pros: Nothing - would never, ever recommend this place.
Cons: - Smelly - older style - not a nicely feeling at all. - Musty smell in rooms - we had 3 rooms booked and all of us needed to move. - Bed toppers for sofa bed - no mattress. - Hair on wall in shower area - like someone put their shaving hair all over it - not cleaned even after we complained. - Dirty table - thick with dust - definitely not able to eat at it. - Loose tiles in bathroom. - First room was not what we had booked, so they had to move us. - Pool was dirty - slimy slick on top, smelt funny. They cleaned it after we complained. - Bathroom bench not wiped as there was still a dead cockroach there from when we had to kill it. Cleaning was poor. - Can’t reach the taps or towel rail in the bathroom - hard to get into bath. - Questioned about how many were going to be seated at breakfast and started to remove cutlery - Refused to join tables for breakfast as we were a group of 6. - Additional toilet in listing but where was it? They then loved us. - European heavy - which was reflected in the buffet breakfast.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Helpful & polite staff. 4 great swimming pools . Bar & restaurant are no more expensive than the surrounding restaurants. Great food
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Loungers for Hotel Guests should be free of charge on the beach
5.4 Okay
Pros: If you don’t like to hang out too far, this is right on the seaside and the staff is nice.
Cons: They told us we’ve been upgraded, but the room was really dirty... Stained sofa, stained cushions, dirty floor. Giant cockroach in the bathroom. Also, the structure gave me this weird mass tourism vibe.
6.0 Good
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with variety of food. It was convenient that the minimarket was right in the building, and the bike hire was in front of the hotel. Taxi service was near the entrance and the price was 700 baht to get to the airport.
Cons: Many things we didn't like. First of all, the location of this hotel was a bit remote from the roads. So, it's inconvenient as you have to walk about 10 minutes to get to the road with restaurants and other facilities. Secondly, there were insects in our room. We got bitten by some creatures and we still have no idea what was it. I personally saw a few mosquitos, one cockroach and some ants and a spider there. Also, the smell in some parts of hotel (e.g. near Restaurant by the pool) was disgusting. Towels stank too as they were old and dated. The quality of room cleaning was fine, but it was noticeable that cleaners didn't even vacuum under the bed. The hotel needs to be renovated for sure, the photos of it were probably retouched as the room was worse than we expected from photos, and the price was too high for what they offer.
5.8 Okay
Pros: . Still food was very good.
Cons: Rooms are not renovated for years. Noise coming from other rooms, smelly allyways.Back pain appeared after the massage
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I like the most the location of the place, the swimming pools and the access to the beach.....fantastic They are a good restaurants in the rsort and a ;ot of charming restaurant on the beach.....all the needed shops are very closed I warmly recommend this place

8.8 Excellent
Cons: 24 hours check in and check out policy. I arrived at hotel directly from airport and i was on honeymoon. i booked private pool with jacuzzi along with free mini bar for the price of around 5800 thai baht during sale. we reached there around 8:30am i was asked to wait because at recetion only single receptionist were there to help. In 15 minutes we get a chance to ask flr the room and they told us to wait till 4:00 pm in the evening because no room was vacant and they have the policy for 24 hours hotel stay that means there is no check out timings. You are allowed to stay 24 hours depanding on your checkin time. They offer me a room to take rest till the time room ready, we were not convinced with it but we have no choice so decided to opt the choice given by them. Since we have free minibar in our room so we used minibar of superior room given to us. later we shifted to our room around 12:30 pm. Room was heaven. During checkout we charged for the minibar we used for the first room while we did not use the minibar or our room because we already feed with the previous one and we ended to pay approx 500 baht extra.
1.0 Poor
Pros: neglected and dirty 2 stars hotel, incorrect staff
Cons: more than dirty, run-down hotel, a renovation would be more then required. this is not a luxus hotel, unsuitable for some rest. there is no beach or any recreational options. the view is nice, but the hotel is next to a noisy main street and you cannot reach the see from there. everything is dirty and could cause an accident. the personal cheat with the invoice and not able to give back the right amount of change. the photos about the hotel are pretty old and made with photoshop
5.0 Okay
Pros: The view.
Cons: Fridge was not cold and just a little run down.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Most amazing location, the best staff we have ever known, food is exceptional.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great views from our bedroom overlooking Kalim Beach. Nice quite location only short taxi ride into Patong Central. Rooms always clean and the infinity pool has an amazing view, one of the best in Phuket.
Cons: Staff could be a little more friendly. Weren't too helpful with locations we can visit and activities available. Everything always seemed too hard for them. Breakfast definitely wasn't a highlight of our stay here...very limited options and poor quality food.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: U Zenmaya is very nice hotel on the hill, which brings outstanding views from their infinity pool. Pool is great temperature, there is enough room for their guests and it has pool side bar with drinks and food. Some of their rooms share their private pool (it looks like there are three rooms per private pool), it seems very nice, too. There is plentifull options for breakfast, from european food to thai cooked meals. View from breakfast place is also outstanding. Location for nearby beaches is not so convenient, but there is also possibility for shuttle from the hotel (for a fee). Otherwise, you can take any local transport, which comes by on the street. Beach under the hotel is nothing special, but there is also one (not from the hotel) bar/restaurant there, with good food. Nearby the hotel there are some restaurant (few minutes further on the street). We did not use the hotel restaurant, but i am sure, the food is very good. Staff are very helpfull and kind. I recomend staying in this hotel and have friends who are returning every year. It was my firs time here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: U Zenmaya was definitely one of the highlights during our Thailand trip. The staff was so kind and informative and even taught us some Thai phrases that we could use during our trip. Our room was spacious and super clean.
Cons: Unfortunately the pool was under construction so I cannot speak for this but they did provide us a free shuttle to a few other local pools and the beach. We took advantage and went to a nearby hotel to swim, which was beautiful and made up for the construction.
4.5 Okay
Cons: No one speaks english they over charge for everything and the food is absolutely disgusting...
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect and staff was so nice.
Cons: Rooms were very noisy.

2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Looked amazing online but does not look like this at all in real life!
Cons: when we arrived the hotel was just a disappointment. Even though it’s been renovated everything has been done on the cheap, rooms have terrible views, not clean, staff not friendly, also gave us food poisoning! Poor location!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The swim up bar was great , the restaurant was lovely and the place was spotless, I went with family members and we got 2 rooms with interconnecting room which was great
Cons: Nothing everything was great.its a bit out of the town but only a short spin in a tuk tuk
6.0 Good
Pros: The staff were all very nice and polite. The room was wonderful with a beautiful view.
Cons: The shower in our room kept fluctuating from cold to good to really hot. The food made both my partner and I physically sick and we waited 2 hours for our meals to come out. On our last day the power stopped working in one half of our room and when it came back on it made a loud zapping noise.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The honeymoon decoration that we told them a few months before was done nicely. The overall look of the resort is new and stylish. The breakfast was great. The view from our hotel is wonderful and we were upgraded to a Villa which me and my wife enjoyed.
Cons: The shuttle to Kamala beach should be standardized and synchronised. Otherwise you are to pay 200 baht per one way. Plus the drop off of the shuttle is at the kamala beach, there should also be near Big C bus stop drop off if the hotel guests would want to go to Patong or other parts of Phuket.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Sea view room
Cons: -You need to step down to bathtub which is very dangerous because the floor is very slippery -Sinks is separated from the toilet - not practical and convenient at all - Hotel is very far from the center and everything!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Service of the property 5*. They are really friendly and helpful. Special greetings to personel Tang and Heinz :) Really beautiful view. Food amazing. Property always clean. When we were coming back from the beach the room was clean and well organized. As we were during in Phuket my boyfriend birthday, they surprised him with the cake during a breakfast and left in the room sign : Happy Birthday on the bed :)
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful views, very helpful staff, lovely pools, wide range of food at buffet.
Cons: Built in a hill so walks to some rooms quite steep (but you get the views!). A short 5 min ride to town/restaurants/beech but 11-5 there is a free hourly shuttle (200 B for a taxi at other times).
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The pool was good and pool staff very kind/friendly.
Cons: Cobwebs in the bathroom still there when we left, communication with staff difficult all they wanted was money all the time, I booked two adults and one child through you, when we arrived they wanted 325 baht a day for my grandson (5yrs) to sleep in the bed with us and wouldn't put a bed in unless we paid an additional charge of 1,300 baht a day for a bed. My grandson was allowed breakfast with the 325 we paid then after a week tried to change me. Not bloody happy would never recommend this hotel

Cons: Lots of steps and the bar was average
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property located on the cliffs of Kamala Beach. We booked an Ocean view Villa with private infinity pool. Pretty quiet area, with a nice view of the ocean. The room was nice and big. The aesthetic was nice and minimalistic, fitting for the “Heaven” motif. There is a nice sized infinity pool with an outdoor shower. The bathroom was quite large, with two separate sinks, a separate bathtub, a standing shower and toilet, separated by glass walls. I believe the bathroom was designed with glass separation, so that even if you’re using the toilet, you won’t miss the sunset. Yes, the sun sets everywhere, but this is a view of a sunset, you won’t mind seeing again. All of the Paresa staff were great. We booked private transportation to and from the airport. Both drivers were efficient. Check in was fast an easy, in a beautiful reception area. We were given a brief tour of the Paresa grounds and then transported by buggy/ golf cart to our villa. Buggy transportation is provideed any time you want to leave your villa and go to breakfast or other spots in the resort, but if you like to explore I recommend walking. The food at the resort was pretty good and the ocean view for the dining area is beautiful and calming. They also offer some in villa dining experiences such as BBQs and romantic dinners or breakfasts which we did not partake in, but looked very nice. The spa experience was wonderful as well. The facility was calming and overlooked the ocean and we were lucky enough to finish our treatments in time to view the sunset from the treatment room. Overall this was a great resort and would Recommend staying here if you enjoy comfort, relaxation, great hospitality and service.
Cons: It was not a deal breaker, as I still had a great time at the resort: If I were to book again, I would probably book the cliff side villa, or ask for a villa on higher ground, because even though the villa is secluded and surrounded with foliage, you can still see the walk way and people walking through, from the infinity pool.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The space of the villa and the pool The outdoor shower The fully equipped kitchen The magnificient view
Cons: The living room of villa 131 and similar villas was exposed to the staircase leading to lower rooms, and anyone going down like tenants or room service can see us. Didn't feel that private.

Pros: Liked nothing at all .you need transport to go to the beach. Breakfast was the same stale for three days. , absolute disaster , absolutely no value for money would not recommend anybody to stay there the most useless place I have stAyed as a five star hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved our room, the view from our room. The main infinity pool view where the bar was, that they had free kayaking and snorkeling gear for guest to use. Staff was on point and very helpful ALL the time!! We did not want to leave.
Cons: You get kind of sick of the buffet, but what are you going to complain about when breakfast is free. Luckily the first morning we were the only ones in the hotel, so we got to order for a menu and that food was GREAT!!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Quiet place, neat n clean, far away from the noise and crowd of patong! If you want to celebrate your good time with the family then it’s the perfect place for you.
Cons: Its just the location is a bit far away but the hote provides free shuttle service till 20:00 hours everyday. Again its more suitable for the couples or families who want to spend time in a beautiful and quiet place.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The view and the staff were excellent. We loved the room that we stayed in. It is a very nice place to stay and the pool was great.
Cons: Breakfast was cold every morning and so many extra charges that were exorbitant. For example, we asked for a extra blanket (which most hotels normally have in the wardrobes) and were told it was 500 baht per night (roughly $25 AUD). The hill makes the hotel so difficult and made us not want to leave or experience Thailand because it was so inconvenient to get back. They have shuttle buses, however they only help if you want to leave at weird times. We are a young and fit couple and walking up the hill still made us puffed out and have to cool down.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Stayed in a 3-bedroom grand villa, it was very spacious and the master bedroom was wonderful with sliding doors opening out to the pool and views of the Kamala bay and the Andaman sea. The swimming pool and deck area was equally spacious and just a wonderful spot to hang out with family and friends day or night. The villa was well maintained and genuinely clean. We came with our baby and were very happy to see that we didn’t have to worry about hygiene within the villa for the 5 nights we were there. Service was friendly and efficient throughout and the housekeeping team in particular were always very bright and cheerful as well as being very thorough with their work. I’d say that apart from a small issue with the spa manager, it was as good a stay as we could have hoped for and the condition, size and views from the villa meant that I would consider our stay to have been of great value.
Cons: We had one genuinely disappointing experience when we tried to organise a couple of masseuses from a local spa to come to our villa (a very normal practice throughout Thailand and indeed South East Agent). When the masseuses arrived, the spa manager of the resort apparently stepped in to tell the receptionist that the must not be allowed to enter to provide massage for us! There was not literature at booking, upon check-in or in the villa that mentioned this. I then insisted on seeing the resort manager about this, and instead a duty manager came and changed the story, insisting that the problem was actually that the masseuses did not bring valid ID and so were not allowed in for our own security -a valid if not entirely believable account. This was disappointing as apart from this one experience, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will certainly plan to come back to this resort the next time we visit Phuket.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The place is overall price valued. The reception is always ready to help and shuttle service is great to get connected to the beach and big c nearby as most drivers unwilling to drive up to the slope to the hotel lobby. The food at restaurant is tasty for breakfast and room service.
Cons: We have 5 people living in the 3-bedroom villa, but it cannot have 2 people shower in respective room at the same time otherwise the water is not hot. Also the water pressure was not stable as was said due to pump issue. Wi-Fi speed is not satisfactory and have to logon every day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious villa for 6 people. Very clean and has a view to die for. Nearby to everywhere just rent a car or motorbike you’re good to go.
Cons: Water pressure a bit slow.

Pros: Extremely comfortable beds Well located with easy access to the beach, market, bars and stores Very friendly staff and service Spotlessly clean Complimentary water Nice Thai welcome drink Great WiFi
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff was super helpful. The room had a good size and the breakfast (that was in the hotel in the other side of the street) was good also. The location was also a plus, just 5 minute walk to the beach. (There was also motorbikes for rent close to the hotel, where we rent a bike and also booked a day trip to James Bond Island. The place is owned by Mr. Abdullah)
Cons: We booked this room because we wanted the bathtub, however they told us that that was something wrong with it and we cannot use it. In the first days the water in the shower took a long time to drain, however it worked fine on the last days, and there was a lot of insects inside the room and particularly in the bathroom.

Pros: Breakfast was good in peaceful surroundings. The pool is lovely.
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We checked in late at night, but the staff greeted us nicely and was very friendly. As long as you have your own transportation, it's a great location because it's close to beaches including Patong Beach. We liked breakfast, and the bathtub was really great.
Cons: The aircon in the bedroom stopped working occasionally. We couldn't find out the cause because it was in the middle of the midnight. We managed to make it work at the end.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff were friendly, like stopping with own family. Nothing too much trouble.
Cons: Needed a car, taxi inconvenience and expensive. Food excellent but limited menu.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It is like a family hostel, they arrived us to the next destination in their car with no money
Cons: No services
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Simple set-up property. Located inside a side lane on a hill between Kamala and Patong beaches. Clean, big rooms with comfortable arrnagements and good service. We had a kitchen too as part of the room, that we did not use but the basics were all there for cooking meals. Jane - the person in charge - was quite hospitable and manages everything well. Beach towels etc available easily. Breakfast is decent with self-grown fruits being the highlight of flavour.
Cons: Not a dislike. Just a note on a specific point. The property is nestled in green space on one side and a key connecting road running on the other side, which has heavy traffic between patong and kamala. For most people the noise would be fine. One of us is a light sleeper so the noise of bikes and cars accelerating up the hill, was disrutpive to sleep. The other person was fine as we would assume most other people are. Just something to take note of for people highly sensitive to noise.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Jane (the owner) was great! She was very helpful and kind with all our questions. Organises our bike rental and boat to Phi Phi
Cons: Nothing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely small hotel with a nice pool, nice room and great breakfast! Great value! Bit far out of the hustle of Patong/Kamala but they rent out motorbikes for a very reasonable price. Super friendly staff, very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it
