Pros (+) The location was wonderful.
Cons (-) Cigarette burns on bed covers, in a NON SMOKING ROOM. I paid for a king-size bed, was given a room with two full. Outside door didn't work when trying to get back in. If it hadn't of been so late and I had already paid for it, we would have left. The man behind counter was hard to understand and couldn't help us.
Pros (+) The decor
Cons (-) Did not have a room ready by the check in time requested Requested ice via advanced check in & there was no ice in my fridge when I arrived. Room key stopped working & had to get the key recoded When taking a shower it took minutes for the water to get warm enough to get in. Nearly 20 min to get comfortably warm.
