Location is good. Near nightmarket. Walking distance to train station. If you are staying at the top floor the view is nice. But you cant walk out the balcony and enjoy the view.
Room abit old but still ok to stay. I saw the room that is balcony but is lock. That's make me disappointed. I book this hotel because of the balcony. The TV is spoile.

hotel is on the building. there is mall on lower floor. it located near the keelung miao kou .although the staff can't speak English well but they tried to make good service.
it's hard to find the hotel that is on 27th floor. i have to go inside mcdonald and the manager led me to the elevator. breakfast is not much and a little bit cold.
