Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the tram and easy access to Strasbourg, making it convenient for travelers. The breakfast is frequently described as delicious, varied, and satisfying, and the service is often highlighted as friendly and helpful. However, several guests note that the beds are uncomfortable and the rooms can be small and dated, which detracts from the overall experience for some. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects, particularly the location and breakfast, stand out in the reviews.AI-generated from customer reviews
