With the upgrade everything was better- more room ,better service and offerings

It never happens. I did not receive the travel info and was forced to buy another much more expensive ticket.

The flight never happened and the Kayak customer support was useless in helping me for rebooking. I will never buy another air ticket with Kayak and I want the full refund of the trip. Andrea Mantovani

Pros: "Less hand bags, a lot of people trying to put their hand luggage ans there was no space"
Cons: "Controll the quantity of packages per person"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Not wait five hours to cancel flight. United / Lufthansa was not truthful about reason for delay / cancellation."
Pros: "Im stuck in London due to flight delays. I will never book with kayak again. I am so fed up with travel ticket i booked with kayak"
Cons: "Delayed flight - but it’s ok since I got to my final destination safely. It wasn’t a very long delay."
Pros: "The crew was great. A woman in front of us had a seizure mid-flight and the crew handled it professionally with great care. They were very friendly and helpful"
Cons: "The lines when we arrived at the airport were very long. Had to wait over an hour to check in. Seemed like more people should have been working the counter. I missed my connection on the flight over to Europe."
Pros: "There was a mechanical problem with my flight from Berlin, so I missed my connection to Atlanta. The agent booked me another flight on another airline flying out of a different city. If you travel enough eventually things happen. The airline was responsive in fixing the problem."
Cons: "The airline agent offered me a 10€ voucher to any where in the airport. While I was greatful, my time is worth more than 0.6€ an hour. An upgrade to Economy plus would have been better. There were 2 seats available."

Flight attendants were very nice. Food was ok. For a newer plane (777), business class was pretty beaten up. It seems BA doesn’t do a great job of maintaining their aircraft.

Flight attendants rude, we missed our connecting flight (along with many others) and when we notified attendants that we were going to miss our flight they did nothing to help us de-board the plane before others. British Airways staff was VERY unhelpful at every turn. They made it difficult and a terrible and confusing experience to rebook the flight. They gave us voucher at a scary hotel and a gross tee-shirt, nothing else. Will never fly BA again if we can help it.

Cons: "Hardly saw a steward in business class the whole flight. Must be part of BA’s cost saving initiatives, but means you don’t get food on time, offered drinks or even a menu"
Pros: "Crew was very attentive"
Cons: "We got the extended leg room seat we asked for, but next time I will be a bit more particular about its position. The problem was we were right behind the Business/Economy partition, which a) limited our stowage and b) it was a passageway for passengers getting from on aisle to the other."
Pros: "Original timing"
Cons: "Boarding was a chaotic affair. Landed late but no mention of apology. Disappointed."
Pros: "Flight crew were cordial"
Cons: "Heathrow was a nightmare, didn’t find out gate until a few minutes before boarding. Flight was delayed over 3 hours, communication was nonexistent. Flight was uncomfortable, seats were tiny."
Pros: "Professional, nice and pleasant staff, food, timeliness"
Cons: "Small leg room, thinness of Sears such that any small movement from person behind was like a kick to the waste/back, old small entertainment screen, no eye masks"
Pros: "For the most part the crew was attentive, kind, sweet, and overall wonderful. Food was good. Great options for vegetarians. Loved the ice cream as snack:). Clean sealed blankets. Loved the movie and tv options. For the most part very happy with service, cleanliness, pilot keeping us informed of delays or anything going on with the flight. Leg space on coach was difficult for tall people and my son's tray table tilted to where he had to put blankets underneath to keep it straight and avoid further spillage."
Cons: "Again the crew has to be informed regarding disabilities. This time an attendant did not allow me to leave my one window closed and said it was due to security and asked to wrap a blanket around my head. Really??? Light streaming into my window was blinding, no time to adjust to the surroundings, light just came through everywhere. Headache ensued even shielding my eyes with the blanket. At least my family helped guide me out. Though head injury is not a visible condition it is still a disability which requires consideration and must not be treated lightly. I perform due diligence to address my disability without extra assistance outside of my family....I only asked for my one window to remain closed. There is still light around enough for people to see more than adequately. This incident is the reason for the 3 stars...because of one crew member...instead of the deserved 5 for everyone else."
Pros: "The crews were good and the que to board the flight was well organized."
Cons: "Uncomfortable chairs with thin backing that allowed me to feel everything the person behind me was doing. The entertainment screens were not very clear."
Pros: "Crew was mostly kind and helpful. My bags arrived at their final destination."
Cons: "I was told that I had to check my bag because it would not fit in the overhead bin. When I got on the plane I found that the overhead bins were ample sized for my hiking pack. I know that British Airways has a policy regarding bags in overhead bins that basically says 'if you cannot lift your bag into the overhead bin un-assisted, you must check your bag.' My husband and I are both experienced hikers, we lifted our packs unassisted on the last plane, yet they forced us to check our bags. I'm glad our bags made it to the UK, but this is literally the first time I've checked a bag and had it arrive. Also, the boarding passes sent to me on my phone were rejected by almost every security/boarding check. This is after BA supposedly fixed their error with the previous boarding passes. Overall not pleased with the experience but glad I paid under $300 for my ticket."
Pros: "It flights themselves were fine. A 45 minute delay sucked though."
Cons: "Service & Notification. The airline switched my itenerary without alerting me which made me miss a connection. The resulting troubleshooting with the airline has been non-existent. I will not fly Eurowings again."
Pros: "Row 3, loads of leg room, the filter coffee was excellent, just a really calm, well run flight"
Cons: "Seat prices were expensive and should really be free as if you are a family of 4, this will add well over £50 to your flight costs."
Cons: "The flight was delayed 40min So i missed the connection in Leipzig"
Pros: "The plane left and arrived on time."
Cons: "The seats were just okay, not comfortable. No snacks or drinks were complimentary."
Cons: "It was so late and we were not told anything!!!"
Cons: "The seats are uncomfortable and too close together. The flight was late because we circled the airport several times in the air, and spent thirty minutes waiting on the tarmac to come to the gate. The stewardess spilled on my neighbor each time she filled my water."
Pros: "The crew was fine and boarding was efficient."
Cons: "We missed our connecting flight, had to wait six hours to fly to Munich, then sat in the Munich airport for four more hours as the flight to Milan was delayed. My bag made it to Milan by 10:30, I arrived at 22:00."
Cons: "Boarding took ages. And there were no announcements telling passengers what was causing the delay."
Pros: "The flight was quick and they waited for our flight from JFK, which had been delayed and arrived and hour later than scheduled."
Pros: "The crew was welcoming and friendly. The choice of movies was awesome."
Cons: "The seat i was in had many stains on it and there was garbage under my seat. Someone needs to clean better... Also, need to look at passengers more closely as at least 2 still had cell phones on at take off"

The communication about the delay could have been better before and during the flight. Also, this online form could have less bugs. It is almost impossible to type in this window.

Pros: "1hour 30 minutes late. No acknowledgment of this or the knock on impact"
Cons: "Compensation"
Pros: "The crew were excellent. I find flying uncomfortable so the seat was as comfortable as it could be."
Cons: "I wish they had a foot rest. Slightly elevated legs gives more comfort. But this a wish ( unlikely to be fulfilled) as I’m living in the real world : ). The process of check in took a while"
Pros: "Nothing!"
Cons: "Customer service could have let us on the flight. We were told it was delayed then arrived to learn it was back on time."
Pros: "Quick flight"
Cons: "Uncomfortable, cramped and had to pay 60 euros to check a carryon bag because I had a handbag as well."
Pros: "Smooth and quick on time boarding."
Cons: "The plane was flying very low all the way and it was a bit suspicious."
Cons: "The seats not comfortable for such a long flight, especially compared to bue air on the outbound trip"
Pros: "The plane was ok."
Cons: "To start we were told by the check in agent that our carry on luggage would be fine, but then at the gate we were told that our luggage was to big for the overhead bins. We were charged an extra 94 euros so like $120 USD. We get on the plane and people were putting away carry on luggage that were a lot bigger than what we had. I am sure it was because we were Americans.. This was the first and last time I fly with this airline..."
Pros: "Cheap"
Cons: "Flight! Left almost 50min late. No service on board, fasten seat belt light on the whole time so no toilet. No turbulence en route."
Pros: "Easy check in and boarding."
Cons: "Seats are uncomfortable but again it’s made just for short distances"

The flight was canceled 2 days before, without any alternative offer

On time but no water , milk or refreshments of any kind on board. Which is poor, especially with children and elderly on board. Toilets filthy,

Pros: "Nothing in particular"
Cons: "Quicker boarding. More leg room. More comfortable seats. Long wait for drinks or snacks"
Pros: "The crew was very hospitable."
Cons: "Having all of us line up for boarding on the second floor, only to have us stand in that room for another 15-20 minutes before beginning the boarding process didn't seem to make much sense."
Pros: "Quick and efficient boarding."
Cons: "It was fairly full so no space for my hand luggage - had to go under seat. Not a problem but..."
Pros: "Nothing, DO NOT flybw this airline"
Cons: "They charged me 220 pounds at the counter for boarding passes"
Pros: "Flight was on time."
Cons: "Flight to Amsterdam no mention of requiring the passport stamp on the flight ticket was mentioned. On the way back to Dublin the crew member that checked me in informed me of this requirement and I thought she was potentially going to send me back to get it at customs. My husband who had a different crew member check him him, made no mention of the requirement."
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Flight had group of youngsters who should not have been allowed on flight. They displayed rowdy behaviour and swore and gestures throughout flight. Staff did very little to try and stop them until other passengers started to complain."
Cons: "I don't think it was very clear when I made the reservation that paying for a checked bag was only one way. I would like to have some reminder or notification that I had selected only one way. I was surprised to have to pay for the bag on the way back. And it was significantly more than on the website."
Pros: "crew very good"
Cons: "2 hour delay and no information, even changed boarding gate and did not inform passengers who was already waiting."
