Everything was great except the boarding process is very disorganized (especially for a German company). The pre boarding lounges were average at best. Otherwise, everything else was excellent!
With the upgrade everything was better- more room ,better service and offerings
It never happens. I did not receive the travel info and was forced to buy another much more expensive ticket.
The flight never happened and the Kayak customer support was useless in helping me for rebooking. I will never buy another air ticket with Kayak and I want the full refund of the trip. Andrea Mantovani

Cons: "The lines when we arrived at the airport were very long. Had to wait over an hour to check in. Seemed like more people should have been working the counter. I missed my connection on the flight over to Europe."
Pros: "There was a mechanical problem with my flight from Berlin, so I missed my connection to Atlanta. The agent booked me another flight on another airline flying out of a different city. If you travel enough eventually things happen. The airline was responsive in fixing the problem."
Cons: "The airline agent offered me a 10€ voucher to any where in the airport. While I was greatful, my time is worth more than 0.6€ an hour. An upgrade to Economy plus would have been better. There were 2 seats available."
Flight attendants were very nice. Food was ok. For a newer plane (777), business class was pretty beaten up. It seems BA doesn’t do a great job of maintaining their aircraft.
Flight attendants rude, we missed our connecting flight (along with many others) and when we notified attendants that we were going to miss our flight they did nothing to help us de-board the plane before others. British Airways staff was VERY unhelpful at every turn. They made it difficult and a terrible and confusing experience to rebook the flight. They gave us voucher at a scary hotel and a gross tee-shirt, nothing else. Will never fly BA again if we can help it.
Cons: "Hardly saw a steward in business class the whole flight. Must be part of BA’s cost saving initiatives, but means you don’t get food on time, offered drinks or even a menu"

Cons: "We got the extended leg room seat we asked for, but next time I will be a bit more particular about its position. The problem was we were right behind the Business/Economy partition, which a) limited our stowage and b) it was a passageway for passengers getting from on aisle to the other."

Cons: "Heathrow was a nightmare, didn’t find out gate until a few minutes before boarding. Flight was delayed over 3 hours, communication was nonexistent. Flight was uncomfortable, seats were tiny."

Cons: "Small leg room, thinness of Sears such that any small movement from person behind was like a kick to the waste/back, old small entertainment screen, no eye masks"
Pros: "For the most part the crew was attentive, kind, sweet, and overall wonderful. Food was good. Great options for vegetarians. Loved the ice cream as snack:). Clean sealed blankets. Loved the movie and tv options. For the most part very happy with service, cleanliness, pilot keeping us informed of delays or anything going on with the flight. Leg space on coach was difficult for tall people and my son's tray table tilted to where he had to put blankets underneath to keep it straight and avoid further spillage."
Cons: "Again the crew has to be informed regarding disabilities. This time an attendant did not allow me to leave my one window closed and said it was due to security and asked to wrap a blanket around my head. Really??? Light streaming into my window was blinding, no time to adjust to the surroundings, light just came through everywhere. Headache ensued even shielding my eyes with the blanket. At least my family helped guide me out. Though head injury is not a visible condition it is still a disability which requires consideration and must not be treated lightly. I perform due diligence to address my disability without extra assistance outside of my family....I only asked for my one window to remain closed. There is still light around enough for people to see more than adequately. This incident is the reason for the 3 stars...because of one crew member...instead of the deserved 5 for everyone else."

Cons: "Uncomfortable chairs with thin backing that allowed me to feel everything the person behind me was doing. The entertainment screens were not very clear."

Cons: "I was told that I had to check my bag because it would not fit in the overhead bin. When I got on the plane I found that the overhead bins were ample sized for my hiking pack. I know that British Airways has a policy regarding bags in overhead bins that basically says 'if you cannot lift your bag into the overhead bin un-assisted, you must check your bag.' My husband and I are both experienced hikers, we lifted our packs unassisted on the last plane, yet they forced us to check our bags. I'm glad our bags made it to the UK, but this is literally the first time I've checked a bag and had it arrive. Also, the boarding passes sent to me on my phone were rejected by almost every security/boarding check. This is after BA supposedly fixed their error with the previous boarding passes. Overall not pleased with the experience but glad I paid under $300 for my ticket."

Pros: "The flight was quick and they waited for our flight from JFK, which had been delayed and arrived and hour later than scheduled."

The communication about the delay could have been better before and during the flight. Also, this online form could have less bugs. It is almost impossible to type in this window.

We were charged an extra 94 euros so like $120 USD. We get on the plane and people were putting away carry on luggage that were a lot bigger than what we had. I am sure it was because we were Americans.. This was the first and last time I fly with this airline..."

On the way back to Dublin the crew member that checked me in informed me of this requirement and I thought she was potentially going to send me back to get it at customs. My husband who had a different crew member check him him, made no mention of the requirement."

Cons: "Flight had group of youngsters who should not have been allowed on flight. They displayed rowdy behaviour and swore and gestures throughout flight. Staff did very little to try and stop them until other passengers started to complain."
Cons: "I don't think it was very clear when I made the reservation that paying for a checked bag was only one way. I would like to have some reminder or notification that I had selected only one way. I was surprised to have to pay for the bag on the way back. And it was significantly more than on the website."
