Pros (+) The staff was incredible. Very accommodating. I spoke with Mr. Randolph and he was remarkably nice. He was very helpful in finding us a room to allow us to check in early. This helped us get ready for an early wedding we had to attend. Great staff and a beautiful room.
Cons (-) The renovation was being done on the building but did not bother us at night. Nothing negative to be said about this hotel.

Pros (+) We stopped at the Springhill Suites on our way from Florida to Indiana. We checked in around 8:30, and the pool had been closed due to storms earlier in the evening, but they kindly re-opened it so our kids could swim for a bit. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the free breakfast had all of the typical hotel breakfast items, and the pool was nice and big. We would definitely stay again!
