Pros (+) This was a very nice, new hotel in a great Kingston location. The family room was very clean and set up with a cot and sofa bed for our kids. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat at the restaurant because there were so many options nearby.
Cons (-) The garage (not owned by Premier so out of their control) is under the hotel. There was plenty of parking but we ended up on the second floor (up a very narrow winding ramp) and since the lifts were broken meant taking our luggage down two flights of stairs to the ground floor lift at Premier to access the hotel. Call before you go to see if the NPC lift has been repaired if this will be an issue ...
