Cons (-) Check in was a total nightmare
Pros (+) Someone tried to break into the sliding glass door of our room on the second floor....management did NOTHING and we had to personally deal with the police. The staff at the front desk assured me that a manager would call me back with a resolution....of course that never happened.

Pros (+) Rooms are extremely spacious and extremely clean. The customer service is off the charts! You can't beat having such a large room for the money.
