Pros (+) Easy access to the airport. Easy access to the trains around Zurich. Very friendly and helpful. Nice clean rooms.
Cons (-) Not really a dislike, just an fyi...there is no air conditioning but the room did have a fan system. We had a warm night but still slept fine.

Pros (+) Close to airport. Free shuttle. Staff are friendly. Price is beyond reasonable.
Cons (-) Not close to town, need a 15-minute train. If you are here after 22:00 , you are getting no food within a 1km radius.

Pros (+) The room was clean, well designed, and comfortable. The best feature is the free shuttle to the Zurich airport. The train to downtown Zurich is 15 minutes but will cost you 13CHF round trip.

Pros (+) Staff was friendly and helpful. Good English language capabilities. I was there on business and this was a good location in that regard
Cons (-) Air Conditioning was inadequate. Hard to sleep at night because the room was not adequately cooled. They said they would check it but no noticeable improvement

Pros (+) This is one of the best deals in Zurich. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious. There is a convenient shuttle to the airport and the train to downtown is right across the street. I definitely recommend this hotel to any type of traveler staying in Zurich.
