Pros (+) The staff responded to our need to move rooms after making sure the air conditioner did not work.
Cons (-) We ordered bottledwater at dinner. The server opened the water and we think the bottle had already been opened and used . The next days after both of us where sick. The electricity in our room also stopped working which did not help how we felt. We have learned to open our own water and to not trust the server as much.
