Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent breakfast, central and convenient location, and friendly, welcoming service. Many found the rooms spacious and comfortable. However, several reviews noted that the hotel is somewhat dated in parts, and some guests felt the price was too high for the value received. Noise from the street and minor service inconveniences were also mentioned, but overall, the positives such as breakfast quality, staff friendliness, and location stood out.
