Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, which is close to major attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Many also highlighted the friendly and helpful staff, with several reviews mentioning positive experiences with hospitality and service. However, a significant number of guests expressed strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms, bathrooms, and linens, citing issues such as dirt, stains, insects, and unpleasant odors. Noise from nearby bars and the main road was also a recurring complaint, affecting the quality of sleep for some guests. Overall, while the location and service received positive feedback, cleanliness and noise remain major concerns.
