Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and attentive staff, as well as its convenient location for exploring the island. Many enjoyed the well-maintained pool areas and found the overall atmosphere relaxing. However, there were repeated concerns about cleanliness, particularly regarding housekeeping frequency and some maintenance issues. Breakfast and food options were generally acceptable but lacked variety and did not always meet 5-star expectations. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay with standout service and amenities, though some improvements are needed in cleanliness and dining.AI-generated from customer reviews
