Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, close to restaurants, shopping, and city attractions. Many reviewers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the clean and comfortable rooms in some cases. However, a significant number of guests report cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms and bathrooms, old towels, and unwashed bedding. Some also mention poor value for money and problems with amenities like air conditioning and water supply. Overall, while the location and service receive positive feedback, cleanliness and value are concerns for many guests.
