Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and proximity to key attractions, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Many appreciated the useful amenities, such as kitchen facilities. However, cleanliness was a major concern for several guests, with repeated complaints about strong odors, unsanitary conditions, and the presence of cats. Some also found the beds uncomfortable. Overall, the positive atmosphere and value for money were highlighted, but improvements in cleanliness are needed.
