Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness and convenient location, as well as the spaciousness of the rooms and the quality of the onsen facilities. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the level of service, citing a lack of helpful staff, communication issues, and insufficient amenities.
