Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location and attractive pool area, with many enjoying the proximity to the beach and city center. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, including reports of bedbugs, maintenance issues, and hygiene concerns in rooms and bathrooms. Service and breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others experienced delays or unresponsiveness. Overall, the hotel's facilities and outdoor spaces were appreciated, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and some aspects of service.AI-generated from customer reviews
