Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, unique historic building, and charming atmosphere. Many enjoyed the clean, comfortable rooms and the friendly staff when present. However, a significant number of reviews highlighted poor or absent service, with complaints about lack of staff, communication issues, and check-in difficulties.
