Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews are mixed for this hotel. Many guests praised the breakfast, describing it as excellent with a wide variety of options. The staff, especially individuals like Miss Naveria, received positive mentions for their helpfulness and hospitality. The location near the airport was also appreciated by several guests. However, there were repeated concerns about cleanliness and room maintenance, as well as negative experiences with customer service and staff professionalism. Some guests also noted issues with room accessibility and parking. Overall, while the hotel excels in breakfast and some aspects of service, improvements in cleanliness and staff training are needed.
