Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent and strategic location, especially for visiting Disney parks and outlets. Many found the property clean and appreciated the value for money. The pool was highlighted as a positive feature. However, several reviews noted issues with cleanliness, outdated rooms, inconsistent housekeeping, and some service concerns. Noise from nearby roads and limited amenities like restaurant hours were also mentioned. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel is seen as a good choice for its location, price, and basic comforts.

Booked using a third party app - but when we went to check in - they said they didn’t have our reservation even tho we paid in advance in full and got double billed. 2.5 hours we stood at the desk after a long day of driving. Sent us away - nobody offered any help - not kayak not Rosen just sorry can’t help. Refund not processed - I will never use kayak - super.com or stay at Rosen ever again.

Room was nice, clean and comfortable... but where was the TV remote? Answer: it was missing. We told the front desk the next morning, but that seemed like something the housekeeping staff could/should have noticed/corrected. We would stay here again, but make sure we show up late enough not to need to watch any TV.

It is a motel with mold smell in the room. I saw mold on the ceiling and decided to early check out just after half an hour of staying there. Don’t recommend at all

Advertising suggested undercover parking - not true. Continental breakfast is a limited choice of options from the onsite shop - felt misled on this issue. Rooms are old and tired - electronic lock on door was finicky. Air-conditioning was variable. Small bin in room and not emptied daily by housekeeping. Staff were pleasant. Room had plenty of storage and beds were a good size and comfortable. St...

Do not stay here!! The hotel is right against i4 and you hear the trucks all night long. The room was dirty! The comforter had a yellow brown spot on it that looks like someone wiped their butt with it! And it looked like a fresh mark not a stain! The pillows are miniature size, good for kids not adults! Mold in the shower. The toilet water was yellow and had toilet paper sitting in it when we arr...

Cons (-) Better in room coffee. Really weak.

Pros (+) It was cheap and in a good location.
Cons (-) Old and worn down but cheap. Parking (insufficient quantity of spots) was an issue on more than one occasion. Not terrible but not nearly as nice as we were expecting. I see why it’s so cheap. Probably wouldn’t stay here again

Pros (+) The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Did their best to answer questions and concerns. The COVID-19 measures made myself and girlfriend feel safe while staying there.
Cons (-) I’m not very picky but it’s not a new hotel so it’s showing a little wear and tear. The upkeep of the hotel is acceptable and shows that they work to keep things maintained.
