Pros (+) Easy check in, flexible, friendly staff. Good location, pool looked good. Bathroom was pretty clean.
Cons (-) Sheets and blankets were dirty, toilet made strange noises, shower turned hot and cold. You can smell other guests smoking outside their rooms.

Pros (+) very friendly staff and owners .....clean rooms the grounds are also kept up with great vigor, cant wait to book again for next year., it is quiet and you dont have problems with neighbor noise as the rooms are very quiet and they offer exclusive non smoking areas ..love that!!!
Cons (-) small bathroom and lighting..if highway noise bothers you might want to find another location, it did not bother us
