Pros (+) I loved the mixture of activities offered, especially for younger people. My teenager was occupied all day, every day. The place is so big, you can't get bored. And, if you want to do nothing, hanging out in the suite, lounging by the pool, or sitting by the lake are all great options. I got an amazing price using KAYAK, which made it even better.
Cons (-) I was fortunate to stay at The Willows. While staying in the main building is convenient, it's also super busy and loud with everyone there. Our suite was very nice... the mattresses could use any upgrade, though. Especially the sofa bed; not recommended for anyone over teen years. And for some reason, getting the room cleaned and sheets for the sofa bed was a lot more work than it should've been....

Pros (+) My boyfriend and I stayed in one of the cabins and it was very nice. We didn't want to do anything except relax and so the cabin was perfect for us. The resort itself has a lot of activities as well and there is something for everyone to do.
Cons (-) There was no wifi in the cabins but I was able to turn my phone into a wifi hotspot so it wasn't a big deal.

Pros (+) Split rock grill was good and location to slopes.
Cons (-) Our room had lots of damage in it including holes in the door, the tub wouldn't drain, and the water was like warm. The staff was friendly but inexperienced and didn't offer any compensation for our inconveince, including not refunding our $45 resort fee that we had to pay which was in addition to what we already paid online. if I stayed in the area again I'd probably try a different hotel.

Pros (+) My husband and son had good things to say about the golf course. Outdoor pool was fine.
Cons (-) Rude front desk staff person "greeted" us upon our arrival for 4:00 check in, but our room was not ready until 6:00 pm. No explanation or additional accommodation was offered. Room was worn, but adequate. Toilet didn't work well, 3 towels for a 4 person room and no extra toilet paper. We had to search for housekeeping, who didn't clean our room on our second day. Pros (+) The water park.
Cons (-) Arrived at 12 for early check in. Did not receive my room till 430 with no care or regard. Totally under staffed and the worker told me so. How that's my problem I'm not sure. I paid $500 dollars for a room for 12 hours or less comes with nothing included total robbery. I get back to the room at 2am with my wife wanna use the jacuzzi tub surprise doesn't work GREAT ending to a horrible day. I tell...
