Pros (+) Detailed invoice under my door. Crowne Plaza Concord/Walnut Creek can't even give you a detailed involve on checkout and promise to email it to you and never do... Congrats Crowne Plaza Lake Oswego for winning me back as a IHG fan and for giving me an extended checkout.
