Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing poor cleanliness, lack of proper breakfast, and subpar service as major issues. Many reviews mention dirty rooms, bathrooms, and linens, as well as maintenance problems like broken TVs, non-functional air conditioning, and mold. Breakfast was often missing or inadequate, and staff were sometimes unhelpful or unavailable. However, a few guests appreciated the convenient location and, in rare cases, found the staff friendly and the beds comfortable.
