Summary of reviews

Guests say
The overwhelming majority of guests report severe cleanliness problems, including dirty rooms, foul odors, stained bedding, and evidence of neglect. Many mention broken or missing amenities such as TVs, remotes, and lighting, as well as issues with heating, air conditioning, and plumbing. Safety concerns are frequently raised, with some describing the hotel as unsafe or unfit for habitation. Service is also criticized, with reports of unhelpful or indifferent staff. Only a few guests mention any redeeming qualities, such as location or low price, but these are far outweighed by the negative experiences.
