Pros: This place is perfectly situated just out of Beauvoir- close to Mont Saint -Michel. The rooms are quaint but modern. The owner is super friendly and helpful going out of her way to make sure we had a place to eat on this cold November off season night. I would love to come back in warmer weather and stay a few nights. Thank you Karin and Gabriel- Australia

Pros: Delphine was extremely welcoming and full of handy tips for visiting the area. The room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated and opened onto a sunny garden. Powerful shower. Very quiet, despite being near a main road. Private off street parking free of charge. Would not hesitate to recommend this place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Delphine greeted us as we arrived later at night. Off road parking behind the B&B down the side street. Our bedroom was on the ground floor and had a 4 Post double bed as well as a second loft bed. Seperate bathroom and a lovely little lounge area in the apartment with tea and coffee facilities in the room. Bed was comfy and warm. We were self-catering and the shared kitchen with Induction Stovetop; Microwave; Fridge/Freezer; tables; chairs and a lounge area were very handy and easy to use. Outdoor table and chairs setting off our bedroom which in summer would be lovely to use. Delphine was very helpful with local tourist information and suggestions and hints and tips for Mont Saint Micheal. Would definitely recommend to all.
Cons: That we didn’t stay longer to explore and see everything that Delphine recommended to us.

Pros: Very comfortable, super cute and clean room with pretty details, good bed. The best breakfast with quality products. The scenery around is gorgeous, if you go out to the main road near the hotel, around 9AM or 6PM you can see the flock of sheep going to the Mt St Michel. The location is great.
Cons: The lady that attend the hotel does not speaks English, but with google translate is possible to communicate with her if you French is basic.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious, stylish, comfortable & had a brilliant view. The breakfast was delicious & ample, with local quality produce. Juliette even cooked us fresh crepes & served them with home made jam. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. We would recommend Juliettes place to anyone who wants to stay near Mont Saint Michel.
Cons: Nothing. It was as lovely!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was the PERFECT location for my visit to Mont St Michel. Beautiful, idyllic and tastefully decorated. And such a charming, family-run hotel.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: - It is a beautiful place. You can see the Mont Saint Michael from the river bank whici is near the hotel. - They give you travel tips to visit the Mont Saint Michael. - It is much nicer to stay the Rose Hotel than staying a tastless hotel located around the shuttle bus station of the Mont Saint Michael. The Rose Hotel has an atmosphoer like a village hotel.
Cons: - You need to cleary ask a bus driver to drop you off at Beauvoir if you come from Paris. Otherwise, you need to walk all the way from the bus terminal of the Mont Saint Michael. - They took a day-off the day I checked-out. But they kept my luggage, so it was OK.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location.
Cons: Difficult to find out how to open the door.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There is a big window in the room that one can see the river outside the window. I have booked the breakfast service. The breakfast is a kind of buffet and there are many food choices. The hotel’s location is also good that it is closer to the souvenir shop and shuttle bus station. Moreover, thanks for the reception for leading me to the return bus station. I have a good memorises for this trip:)
Cons: No
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff is friendly and location is excellent. We did not tried restaurant because of other review. To us looks ok. There are several restaurants near-by. The room is a little for American standard.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Good breakfast. Very good location. Parking is great. It is clean and does the job. Good bed.
Cons: Old, outdated and too expensive. It looks like a gloomy business hotel. The toilet in the room was so small it is difficult to go in (and I am skinny). This is not at all accessible (weird step to enter the room too). No room service before 9pm. Restaurant for dinner is super expensive and there is really nowhere to eat, better plan to bring a sandwich or something.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Warm, cosy, plenty of hot water.lovely towels, large bed....and best of all was the food.
Cons: Nothing in particular.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is near Mont st Michel, with shuttle buses and a good restaurant just in front of the hotel.
Cons: They made laminated flooring in the bathroom and obviously with water seeping underneath, the room had a bit of a stench of rotten wood, especially the bathroom.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Very friendly staff in a wonderful location
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location. Perfect for St Michel. Bus stop is super close to hotel. Shuttle is also close. Restaurants and stores nearby. Staff friendly and spoke English. Definitely recommend! Breakfast was ok for 9 Euro. They sell Abbey tickets at same price 11Euro. White sheets comfy bed and pillows. Quiet.
Cons: My room had holes in carpet and bathroom stunk.
7.0 Good
Pros: Great location
Cons: Staff a little ignorant
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: customer service.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient location
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Parking was easy, the receptionist was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean as were the bathroom and the separate toilet ensuite. While there was a large tour group staying on our floor, we could not hear them in our room. Very quiet.
Cons: Nothing.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The continental breakfast was descent and the room was clean. Staff was considerate. The location was great. Free shuttle to Mont Saint Michel or close enough to walk.
Cons: The rooms were cramped, especially having the bathroom right next to the main door to the room. No amenities at all!!! No hot water pot, tea, coffee, coffee cups, or refrigerator in any room...completely basic. Expected more for the price paid. Went to the front desk and asked for a cup of hot water to make myself a cup of tea and they told me I had to go to Doree for that. I made the comment that it would be nice for the customer if you had a tea/coffee station downstairs at the entrance like most hotels do. The reply...”no, we’re a 2 star.” WOW!!! Wasn’t expecting that kind of response. You may be a 2 star, but take pride in your work and the hotel. Make it better for your customers or you will end up losing them.

7.5 Good
Pros: The location is perfect for Mont St Michel. The restaurant food was good, however a bit pricey.
Cons: The decor could do with a bit of upgrading
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was comfortable and clean. The best thing was location as we went there to see the Mont and here it was easy to see and photograph it at all times of the day. It was a good walkable distance, and also close to the navette.

9.2 Excellent

Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was really clean and very close to Mont Saint-Michel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We also liked the food. We had a great stay!
7.9 Good
Pros: Being able to photograph the sunrise over Mont Saint Michel from an amazing view point literally steps from the hotel made the stay for us. Our dinner in the restaurant was very good but we didn’t try breakfast since we wanted to get out early to take photographs and ended up finding a nice cafe on Mont Saint Michel. Being able to park right in front of the hotel (a small parking fee is payable on exit) rather than in the vast public parking area was a bonus and getting the code for the barrier from reception was easily done by calling reception upon arrival.
Cons: As per some of the reviews I read before booking, the hotel could do with a lift and the rooms are soon due a refurb but the two twin rooms we booked were spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable and we all felt that our stay was good value so don’t let that put you off, in such a beautiful place you’ll only be in your room when you’re asleep!

Pros: Location was amazing, The bus stop was right outside the hotel. The grocery store was right across the street as well as a coffee shop. The room was tight but clean, Two twin beds then upstairs was the double, But at least we had a fan for the upper level as it get hot in the summer Breakfast was croissant's, ham, cheese, coffee, juice. Our room had a hot pot so I could enjoy coffee in the room..
Cons: Would love to have had some scrambled eggs.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, walking distance to the Mt St Michel. Really good breakfast, including fresh bread. Great support to find location prior to arrival + assistance for late arrival.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice property, 20 min walking to the Mont!! Or shuttle 5-10 min...
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Free shuttle to MSM across the hotel. Electric water kettle. No lifts. Good restaurant in Relais du Roy, a sister company. A few steps to bus stop which will take you to Pontorson. You can be sure to just rest and prepare for the amazing MSM. Just book Relais du Roy or Hotel Gabriel and you will have a worry free vacation
Cons: everything good
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, literally right in front of the free shuttle stop to the Mont, and also a quick five minute walk from the bus station. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, and the breakfast buffet was a nice continental spread with meats, cheeses, yogurt and a variety of breads, pastries as well as cereal and fruit.
Cons: Not the hotel’s fault, but we were on the lower level and the guests upstairs were a bit rowdy, stomping around. Thin walls I guess.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was comfortable with plenty of space. The bathroom is exceptional- attractive decor and very functional. The shower pressure is really good.
Cons: The WiFi is slow, erratic and very frustrating
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Around the bus station. There is a grocery shop around the corner. The buffet breakfast is great.

7.9 Good
Pros: Location is perfect and parking in front of hotel is advantageous. We can see Mont Saint Michel from our room. The quadruple room has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a separate toilet.
Cons: The hotel is a bit tired and need the renovation. Terrace area needs to be taken care of. It was dirty and full of leaves and vines. Also, toilet floor was super stinky and dirty.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing view. Great for a romantic get away.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Just about everything, best location, charming staff, they love my small dog ! Good parking and right in the heart of the location
Cons: The need for the barriercode
5.0 Okay
Pros: Great location
Cons: Very outdated facility, rather unfriendly personnel but must admit they tried to adjust to situation with technical and price issues.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location is second to none and must be the only reason this hotel survives. Our room was excellent, spacious and clean with a stunning view over Le Mont Saint-Michel. The WiFi worked well.
Cons: Bad impression from the outset when the access code we were given didn't work and we had to ring the property. Then, no one at reception, and we had to ask at the bar for someone to check us in. But worst of all was breakfast. On three days we arrived at 9am, and hour before the finish, but the buffet was almost empty and nothing was replaced. We suspect tour groups were taking early breakfast and leaving nothing behind, and the staff did not refresh anything. The coffee they made for us was good though.
4.6 Okay
Pros: The view is amazing, walking distance mont saint michel
Cons: Out-dated, dirty, no windows or ventilation on top floor of the maisonette/prestige room, rude personnel (except for nice French/Swedish receptionist), very bad food (and this is the first time I am ever writing this in a review)
7.1 Good
Pros: Room had a SPECTACULAR view on Mont St Michel
Cons: Understaffed hotel, resulting in extra waiting time. No good restaurants close by.

Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hôtel Beauvoir in Beauvoir, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Mont Saint Michel Abbey and Alligator Bay. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location to visit Mont Saint Michele. Beautiful view and nice town. Breakfast bar was good, but not included in the price.
7.5 Good
Pros: It is 20 minutes walk from the station from where you can go to Mont Saint-Michel by free buses.
Cons: There is only one chair in the room with a small table, although there is enough place for it in the room. You can hear the noise of other people walking in the corridor.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: You can actually walk all the way to the Mount Saint Michel from here (3 kilometers or so), or the free shuttle (about a block and a half). Then again, if you are intending on visiting the medieval city, you are going to walk a lot of stairs... We also would like to recommend the restaurant which serves a unique French variation on international meals which taste, not surprisingly, very local. The award winning bakery (for its brioche) is, literally, across the street.
6.0 Good
Pros: Good parking and restaurant at the hotel.
Cons: Reception not friendly, only ONE socket in room for 4 people :( , falling curtains
4.2 Okay
Pros: the town is very quaint. It was a great location for our purpose.
Cons: we had to climb 44 winding narrow stairs. Once we got to the room the bed was the worst on our entire vacation. The room was EXTREMELY small. The television was so small you couldn't lie in bed and watch it, you had to stand up and watch it, why even have one!!
7.9 Good
Pros: Size of apartment
Cons: The neighbors waking us at 3 am with a domestic with his partner that went for an hr.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Literally at the doorstep of Mt St Michel

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, multilingual staff, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
7.1 Good
Pros: Obviously it is well located but due to current building works is a little awkward and convoluted to get to your room. The restaurant was extremely smoky due to the open fire culminating in a visit from the pompadours mid meal.
Cons: Being woken up by the phone at 05:50 for no reason and the awkwardness of getting access to the room due to building works which started at 07:30
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Actually on Mont St Michel this is a charming place to stay and investigate the abbey and the medieval streets. Lovely restaurants and souvenir shops a plenty.
Cons: The room was clean and well appointed. I would have preferred a queen size bed over the double is my only negative comment.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view was amazing, the room felt like a garret on top of the world, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was an institution.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding location. Room was clean, but very small. Bathroom was renovated recently and very good condition (huge relative to the room). Beds were comfortable.
Cons: Room was a little on the small side, but the location and price made up for the rest.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to entrance of Mont Saint Michel. Feel the medieval surrounding of the Old Town.
Cons: Stairs made squicky sound but it's an old building. S it's understandable.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast was excellent. All staff was very courteous and helpful.
Cons: Room 203 had some noise problem. Something in wall was rattling all night long and did not permit sleep. It was not present when we checked in earlier but when we returned from dinner the noise was present and lasted all night. Very disturbing.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful view of the tidal flats. Nice room. Awesome being on the island at night.
Cons: Hard to keep windows open on hot days from the noise from seagulls at night and early morning deliveries to businesses
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room and view
Cons: Breakfast was poor with cold food and no replenishment of food
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location, large room and very clean.
Cons: Front desk staff was a bit standoffish and not particularly friendly.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The third room we were finally allocated was fine with an amazing view
Cons: First room smelt very damp and bathroom heater didn’t work. This took a long time to sort out, wasting an afternoon for us The second room had too many stairs for pensioners, third room was excellent, however the reallocation should have taken less than 3 hours !
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean, location was convenient, price was very competitive
4.5 Okay
Pros: Had we know ahead of time that our very small room required us to climb 136 stairs (84 outside to get to the lobby area) with our luggage, we might've made reservations at one of the hotels at the base. Even carrying our small carry-on up and down was inconvenient and a waste of our time. Glad we asked about the price of breakfast that they tried to sell us a check in, 19.00 Euros Each! We ate elsewhere for 8.00 Euros each. Peeling paint and unfurnished second lobby where the rooms located.
Cons: No one in the lobby when we tried to check in had to come back. Didn't feel welcome at all, especially when we decided not to pre-pay breakfast and dinner. Outdated, worn out decor everywhere was disheartening considering the location and prices. Very small room with the same worn out carpeting and furnishings. Moderately clean. Location is a plus, however, the free shuttle busses run until 11:00 PM so we could have easily stayed just outside the area and rode back and forth.

Pros: We really liked how easy it was to find the hotel, and how close it was to the bus stop to go to MSM. The bathroom is nice, has a heater which was really good because we had to dry our clothes due to rain. Really was a life saver!
Cons: The room was a little small and the window was also small.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The "front desk gentleman" was amazingly helpful and spoke perfect English (helpful for us). The restaurant (across parking lot)staff were very good and the food was quite okay. Make sure to eat the complimentary breakfast as the food at the abbey is very expensive. Easy shuttle runs quite regularly.
Cons: The entrance gate isn't easy to find and you must remember to get the code to access.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very nice and helpful about the shuttle to Mont Saint-Michel. The breakfast was delicious and the room was nice and cozy. The bathroom was very big and the shower was nice.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was nice and comfy with great amenities!
Cons: My cousin got food poisoning from the breakfast, but everyone else was fine! So it was a good breakfast, but just be careful!
7.0 Good
Pros: The view from the room was pretty. The girl from reception, Estelle, was really kind and helpful. The island was fantastic with lots of straits and secret passages to discover. The Abby was absolutely amazing and huge. It was great to stay on the island after all the tourists left, it was like you own the place :)
Cons: The breakfast lacked variety for the amount you paid. Customer service in the restaurant during dinner was unexceptional.
7.0 Good
Pros: Le Mont is beautiful also the view
Cons: The guy that lead us to the room must go to a gentleman school, he leave me carry the baqgage for two hundred meters of stairs without helping me and saying i don't speak english. The rest of the staff have been very kind. We did not try the restaurant but it was nice to see. There are a lot of stairs to do, up and down so guys leave the baggage at home, especially if you find that good boy….
7.9 Good
Pros: The location in Mont saint Michel is unparalleled. If would any day recommend this hotel for those staying on the island
Cons: Nothing.

5.8 Okay
Pros: Great breakfast
Cons: You might want to email people that you need a code to get to the hotel. We were not made aware of that. We got a separate email makeing us aware that we had to check in at a separate hotel which was great, but having to park a mile away because we had no code to get down the street to get to our really nice hotel was a real pain in the butt.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Promimity to Mont St Michel, room was large and beds were comfortable.
Cons: Wasn’t told about controlled access to the area and had to ring the hotel from the barrier to get a code. Not told also that I would be charged for parking on exit.
7.0 Good
Pros: The location was excellent. Shuttle bus 1 minute from the hotel. Enjoyed my stay and will tell my friends about this hotel.
Cons: No hairdryer in the room. No fridge in the room.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Excellent position and view from the room
Cons: The reception in autumn and winter is closed and for any support it is necessary to contact the opposite hotel. So if, as in our case, the fire alarm goes off at 7am for no reason, you are forced to go in your pajamas in the rain to the hotel across the street. In the morning there was a bug in the room that was very small and with a minimalist bathroom. For all this, we paid one night 250€
7.0 Good
Pros: Great Location & Breakfast - bathroom clean
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location.
Cons: No elevator
6.7 Good
Pros: location
Cons: price as if i did book a day later it would 1/3 of what I paid

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great castle location, great staff!
6.3 Good
Pros: The location is great. The scrambled eggs and expresso. Many reasons to stay in Mont Saint Michel and so many reasons for not staying.
Cons: No welcome efforts, Marinne at the reception desk was not kind at all when I told her I sent two mails to the property. In this place client is not king. We booked a double bed and we got twins beds.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable rooms, excellent view, very clean.
Cons: I would improve the breakfast. Everything was absolutely tasteless.
7.5 Good
Pros: Everything was awesome. All. But, no egss in breakfast, I ask to the waitress in the morning breakfast buffet and she told me that (some machine) (that was what I understand) was broken and for that reason there’s no scrabble eggs in morning. Please give a fast solución for something That is so easy to solve.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed, big bath. Great location on the mount. Hotel was actually the Mere Poullard, a sister property as there is currently construction in the village.
Cons: Stairs, lots of stairs!
7.0 Good
Pros: Great location - friendly staff - clean room - good wifi - limited but delicious breakfast
Cons: Concerning management: Confusing procedure beacuse we booked at one hotel- checked in at another- stayed at a third one- had breakfast at a fourth one - checked out at a fifth one A welcome treatment would be nice A personal approach during the stay would be polite Bathroom @R/301 max 3sqm to fit sink, w/c, shower. Limited space for normal size guests!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and rooms were great
Cons: The restaurant would only serve you if each person was a eating a dinner. Also they could change the breakfast choices slightly from day to day.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It was slightly above the Grande Rue allowing a lookout over the tidal area. Wonderful quiet at night and a beautiful church open late at night just literally a few steps away from the door.
Cons: Prices of minibar items was quite steep so I didn't take any.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: our charming room
Cons: we loved everything. It was perfect

7.9 Good
Pros: Location is perfect and parking in front of hotel is advantageous.

Pros: First class buffet breakfast, friendly receptionist, Fantastic view from our room

7.5 Good
Pros: The location is perfect for Mont St Michel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. But tge restaurant was TOP TOP TOP
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location and the restaurant. Free shuttle bus in front of hotel. Great seafood.
