Guests say
Guests generally appreciated the hotel's convenient location near restaurants, shopping, and the interstate, as well as the quality of the breakfast, which many found above average. The pool and gym were noted as positive amenities, though some guests found the pool cold or inconvenient to use. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as stained carpets and mold, and some guests experienced poor service or rude staff. Noise from the nearby highway was a frequent complaint, and a few guests encountered maintenance problems with room facilities.
