fruit basket at the reception
ordered a non smoking room. they provided a smoking room with a baby bed . comment this is a nonsmoking room despite thetwo ash trays in the room and clearly stinking old cigarette smell. no different room was offered. the room was in a dirty terible condition. this place claims four stars . one star would be already too many for this place!

It's an older hotel and you see this in many aspects Water temperature in the shower is hard to fix - often switches to very hot and very cold Toilet hard to flush Temperature in the room hard to fix too Our window had a big opening between window and chassis

A very good place to spend a weekend with family or as a couple. The best part was the pool and jacuzzi. There is also a sauna and hammam. All inclusive in the hotel price. You only pay for the massages. The staff is friendly.
I didn't like very much the restaurant food. The prawns had been removed from the freezer very recently. They were hot, but very hard/rigid.

Staff in the restaurant.
Wifi stopped working at midnight and did not work any longer, I could not plan netiher my day nor my next stay. After advising the reception the answer was disappointing; we do not know what it is going on, maybe in your next stay. Well, I do not think so, I will never come back to Globales hotels.
