Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for travel and city exploration. The service is highlighted as friendly, attentive, and accommodating, with several mentions of helpful staff. Cleanliness is also a strong point, with many guests noting tidy rooms and well-maintained facilities. However, some guests found the rooms small and the lack of air conditioning problematic, especially during hot weather. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some appreciating the quality and others finding it basic or overpriced. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, particularly for short stays and those prioritizing location and service.AI-generated from customer reviews
