Hotel Santa Cruz

Excellent Staff, Great Location

Pros: The suite with the king size bed was like a large one bedroom apartment. TheWiFi was weak but they gave us an individual router and had no further problems. The location was excellent, close to Oval Guitierrez and a few blocks from the ocean promenade.

Cons: breakfast was basic but the staff was willing to make custom eggs and fruit shakes, so it was better.

Santa Cruz is a clean and cozy hotel.

Pros: The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was cute and cozy and the location felt safe.

Cons: The bed was not the most comfortable in the world. The bed was stiff. The shower water takes a little while to warm up.
