Pros (+) Room was very nice. Get executive room if possible. We were placed on 7th floor which required key card access on the elevator, a nice touch. Very quiet. Would definitely visit again.

Pros (+) Courteous staff.
Cons (-) Disappointed/shocked with the hotel upkeep. Specifically, the 5th floor hallway carpet along the entire length. The Westin is known for having a high standard in cleanliness and appearance. I plan to contact cooperate and send pictures.

Pros (+) I loved the bartender at the hotel bar who closed both Friday and Saturday night. She was very guest oriented. There was also a maintenance man who was very helpful on Sunday morning. The staff was great!!!
Cons (-) There were kids running around the hotel All hours...they were loud and tracking water all over the lobby since they were running from the pool and then into the lobby and then back to the pool. Develop a system to let guests know if large groups of kids are staying at the hotel.

Pros (+) The bed was super comfortable! Loved the indoor pool + hot tub!
Cons (-) When I booked the hotel it stated, high speed WiFi and complimentary breakfast. NOPE!!!!! You have to pay $12.49 for the WiFi and we thought the breakfast was COMPLIMENTARY but half was through eating and nice lady put a $39 bill on our table. I asked the reception "that I thought the breakfast was complimentary" they told me that only when you upgrade your room when booking it's free. Well don't ...
