Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with many mentioning a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast is widely appreciated for its quality and variety, though a few guests suggest it could be improved or replenished more frequently. Cleanliness is another strong point, with rooms and common areas described as spotless and well-maintained. The hotel's location is also praised for its proximity to lifts, the town center, and local amenities. Some negative remarks include extra charges for the spa, outdated room decor in a few cases, and occasional issues with restaurant service or breakfast variety, but overall, the reviews are overwhelmingly positive.
