Pros (+) The keypad entry on the door was super convenient. No need to go to a front desk and check in. Spacious room with microwave, refrigerator, 2 TVs. Very responsive and attentive staff. Overall the stay was great. Kids loved the room and it was quiet and conveniently located with laundry right next door.
Cons (-) The hot water was having issues but they were in the process of fixing it. Can't blame them for that. They communicated frequently about the issue. Eventually it worked, but I had to run the water for about 20 minutes for it to get warm. No big deal, just mentioning it in case anyone else has the same issue.
