Pros (+) Comfortable bed, spotless rooms, full amenities, bar, mini-fridge, water, robes and slippers, complimentary sample sized gifts, incredible location but quiet at night
Cons (-) Reception staff and doormen were mostly friendly, but some of the rotating staff members were not as welcoming as others.
