Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location near Victoria Station and found it convenient for travel and sightseeing. However, many reviews highlighted serious cleanliness issues, with reports of dirty rooms, stained bedding, and unpleasant odors. The breakfast was often missing or disappointing, and several guests found the rooms to be very small and basic. Service was mixed, with some staff described as friendly but others as unhelpful or absent. Overall, the location is the main positive, but cleanliness and amenities need significant improvement.
