The room was clean, the location made it easy to access most of central London either on foot or tube. There were plenty of restaurants nearby The staff were polite and helpful.
The breakfast was inedible to say the least. We had to pay again at a cafe. With a little more care it could of been fine. Using the cheapest ingredients was the main problem.

The location was just perfect for us, very central. It looks like renovated recently. Although rooms really small didn't expect more. Breakfast was great as well.
By mistake, we have booked 1 night instead of 2. We have left all our belongings in the room and without noticing us, they have moved all our things to the luggage room, after we came back, got our key reactivated and entered already occupied room with a half-naked person in the bed. After paying for second night, we have got room, that was occupied as well. The third time was a charm. Looks like there are some problems with the booking system.
