Cleanliness was frequently highlighted, with several guests describing their rooms as very clean and well-maintained. Many appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms, especially for families or longer stays. Staff and service were generally regarded as friendly and helpful, though a few mentioned brusque or rude interactions. Some guests found the beds comfortable.
