Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, especially its proximity to public transport, shops, and the local Hammersmith vibe. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, with reports of dirty rooms, dust, mold, and poor maintenance. Service received mixed feedback: while some found the staff helpful and friendly, others experienced unresponsiveness or poor management. Room conditions, including size and equipment, were often described as outdated or in disrepair. Overall, the location stands out as the main positive, but cleanliness and upkeep need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
