Guests say
Guests frequently praised the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the good value for money. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms clean while others noted issues such as worn towels, dirty areas, and shabby furniture. Breakfast was generally considered acceptable, though some found it basic and lacking in variety. Room comfort, particularly the beds, was mentioned both positively and negatively. Overall, the hotel is seen as a budget-friendly option with decent service, but with room for improvement in cleanliness and amenities.
