The water temp didn't stay for long. It got cold fast
Great staff Large nice lobby Very comfortable beds Great blackout blinds Close to airport
Rooms were pretty clean but really small Bathrooms were extremely small kind of dirty For $300 per night value was lacking. Also charged additional fee for wifi in rooms.
check in was way too time consuming!
From the bellman to the guest staff, a pleasant experience and great deal.
Do not self park. It was the worse. Plus there is a parking garage next door for half the price.
price of parking
The first room that we got put in was not clean. The staff was accommodating to change us to a different room.
Way overpriced. Even the second room had some food on the floor that was not cleaned up from the previous guest. The hotel has an aged feel to it, with various little things not working or not working correctly (like the elevator showing floor 15 when approaching floor 7). Getting in and out with a car is a disaster if there is an event going on at the hotel (45 minutes to get the car parked). Did I mention way, way over-priced?
Clean rooms with great staff
For the price Wi-Fi should be included (for non Hilton honors members)
My children enjoyed the airplanes taking off and landing, but I wouldn't recommend it for someone who is a light sleeper. The planes didn't bother us, but they were very loud. Also, I couldn't believe the price of parking was $29!! That is the main reason we won't be staying there again.
Very comfortable and convenient in every way for the person passing through LAX. I would definitely choose the Hilton again.
It was a luxurious , friendly place to stay whilst waiting for an early morning flight. With several amenities to accommodate all ages.
Waiting a half hour for an airport shuttle .
Beds were TINY!!!! Our bill was found on a table down the hall. We waited 50 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up at LAX to bring us back to the hotel after a very long travel date. We will never return to this hotel.
Even though I had a reservation for a room for the night prior to my flight, they charged me $40 a day for parking my car. I attempted to explain to the individual who charged me when we checked in. She couldn't find anyone so I received a bill for $280. Very disappointed. We also had to wait over 30 minutes for the shutter bus to arrive which wasn't good since we were sick. Let's just put it this way; Never Again.
They comped me a breakfast after messing up my online checkin.
Check in line was too long and the shuttle was too crowded.
Comfortable and clean.
It smelled like plane fumes while at the pool. Food options were limited, either a buffet or pre-made counter food.
The rooms were nice and clean. There are few food options within the hotel that were great.
I had a room close to the elevators so I wasn't able to sleep well. I didn't switch rooms because I had already unpacked and it wasn't that big of a deal.
Staff attentiveness and courtesy, also the cultural mix of staff.
The check in and check out lines are too long. Especially after a long flight. The Hilton Honors took longer than the lack of Honors! You seriously need to fix this. Also the dining area was not clean, tables were sticky and had food stains. If you are charging for an expensive meal the least you can do is have a clean setting. Thank you.
Had to get another ride from airport pick up bus drove by twice and never stopped at our location. Ended up taking another hotels bus and walked queer mile to Hilton. Not great service
I stayed here due to an early morning flight that I wanted to be rested for. I was laced on the third floor that was adjacent to a quad area with tables and chairs. A group of five sat outside my slider door the entire night drinking and partying. I called security twice to ask them to take the party to their own room. They never left and I never slept all night. Why the hotel placed tables right outside the rooms when there was a huge area to place these tables and further didn't insist the people relocate for the sanity of their other guests, I don't know. They offered me a 30 percent discount. Never again for this place. I had to spend the first day of my vacation sleeping.
Noisy- could hear the ice machine and voices most of the night!
Shuttle service to airport extremely slow. Also, Verizon cellphone reception in hotel lobby and bar is almost nonexistent.
28 dollars for parking is a joke, Go somewhere else. Internet $12.95 are you kidding me?
Bed was very comfortable and staff was helpful
The bathroom could use some updating. The tub had missing caulking and dirty caulking
Helpful staff, efficient airport transfer
Great faculty, staff, and location.
Too few morning rush-hour shuttles made for nervous guests anxious to commute to LAX in a timely fashion for their flights.
parking was expensive (30 a night) wifi was expensive (13 a night)
