The shuttle to and from LAX was awesome, we didn't have to wait long. That alone was almost worth the price of the stay. The check-in counter was only serviced by one person when we checked in, There was not a long line, but it could have been faster. The restaurant hours were very limited for me. But I can understand that we are still coming out of the pandemic, but I hope this can change.

Cons (-) There was no coffee in the room to make coffee. Was hungry so went to the restaurant and mentioned this to the waiter and they comped my coffee with breakfast and couldn’t have been nicer. Good touch.
