Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location and found the setting pleasant and convenient for their needs. However, there were frequent complaints about uncomfortable beds, lackluster or unresponsive service, and issues with cleanliness in rooms and bathrooms. Some guests noted that the hotel felt outdated and that staff could be inattentive or unhelpful. While a few positive experiences were mentioned regarding room upgrades and friendly staff, overall, the negatives outweighed the positives for many reviewers.
