Pros (+) Older motel, bed comfortable, clean , easy location .
Cons (-) Wi fi did not work, parking lot icy, stairs to second floor uneven . in the past had a breakfast included( waffle or instant oatmeal , juice , coffee, tea or coco , fruit, this year charge for it, and room rate higher.

Pros (+) On the Okemo shuttle route, less than a 5 minute drive from the mountain and almost all the restaurants in Ludlow are within walking distance.
Cons (-) Beds are rock hard
