The staff are very friendly the location is great
I requested for a late checkout 3 hours only ... and they charged me for an extra day ! Other hotels would charge you half amount or they would charge by hour if you request late check out .. if u consider your self an international chain .. act like one!
Nice hotel and great location to easy access. Nice breakfast & nice space in room.
The girl in the reception was very condescending from the beginning, kept speaking in french although I was speaking in English. The room was way to warm when ask about it she just told me it was because of the pipes on the walls and there was nothing she could do about it.
The location of the hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Very comfortable bed. Liked the option of being "green" & putting a notice out requesting that the house keeping staff did not need to tidy my room. I only stayed 2 nights. The breakfast was very nice. Perhaps a little expensive. The lady cooking breakfast was very nice & kept everything fresh. Loved the history of the hotel.
Only that the coffee machine in the room didn't make the water very hot. I should have asked reception if I was using the coffee machine correctly.
We stayed in this hotel for for nights: two on business purpose, two as a tourists. The hotel is perfectly suited for both. Staff is fantastic, they have been extremely welcoming and nice in all our interactions. The room and bathroom were spotless clean, comfortable, and with a joyful design - stylish yet warm. The shower was hot and powerful, as I like it. Location is amazing.
Breakfast selection could be enlarged. Rooms can become quite cold at night because of the big windows and the chilly temperature outside; alas, even if we were given an extra blanket, that did not really warm us up, and heater is noisy and you cannot sleep that well at night with heating on. No parking at all, there is not even a convention with some facility close by. And parking is extremely high-priced. If you’re coming by a car, you will have to consider adding the equivalent of more than half-room rate, per day, just to park the car. This is no fault of the hotel of course but still it may impact your overall budget.
