The breakfast

This hotel is advertised as a 4-star hotel but is a 2-star hotel at best. The room we stayed in was very dirty, bed sheets were not clean, the shower drain was partially clogged (so water was overflowing into the bathroom), there was a sewage smell coming from one of the sinks etc. In addition, the air conditioning unit in the bedroom did not work. My family-in-law was staying in a different room and they found a cockroach in their room ... The manager Julio was very impolite with us and refused to help. It was very surprising that the maintenance staff was more helpful (and spoke 'more' English) than the manager of the hotel. We cancelled our (3 night) stay in this horrible hotel after one night. The hotel had agreed to refund us the remaining 2 nights but we're still waiting for their refund (2 weeks later).
