Pros (+) Best breakfast in a hotel I had in a long time. Friendly staff, location out of this world. Value for money unbeatable, next time I'm in Madrid, most definitely staying there.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, often mentioning its proximity to metro stations and ease of access to city attractions. The staff and service were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and professional, with several guests highlighting positive experiences with the personnel. Cleanliness was also noted positively in many reviews, with rooms described as clean and comfortable. However, there were repeated complaints about the pool being smaller than expected or having limited access, and some guests found the breakfast selection lacking. Despite these issues, the overall sentiment was favorable, especially regarding location, service, and cleanliness.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Right across the street from Moncloa metro station. Good internet. Nice neighborhood with lots of bars and shops.
Cons (-) Supposed to have an amazing roof-top pool and bar. Wouldn't know, it was never open, (disappointing and should receive a discount for not having the stated amenities). First-floor lounge-bar was just room with chairs and one sad desktop computer and printer (no printer ink and so no boarding pass printed, :(
