Pros (+) Nothing. I went to check-in and they said they did have my reservation. Hotel is full and they couldn't help me. They never even asked for ID, Credit or reservation number. I told the lady that I have already been charged and I was told it was just a hold and it would go away. I went to 4 different hotels to find a place to stay that night. 2 days later, I was charged for thise rooms. I called Kay...
